Summary: Very clean location. Neighborhood is starting to get revamped so it may look a little scetchy coming in but the actual property is in a nice area. Bed was not very comfortable but other than that it was a nice stay. Reminded me of a small cabin on a river type feel.

Summary: Marianne & Ed were very responsive. Very comfortable accomodations for a couple. Only complaint was dishes and silverware were put away dirty. Had to wash everything we used.

Summary: The place was clean, comfortable, quiet and had a lovely view from the patio. It was perfect for us to have a few days of quiet as well as be in close proximity to a lot of activities and restaurants. Really enjoyed the stay!

Summary: Helpful and friendly hosts, clean and well equipped. Great location near Florida Ave, with breweries, good restaurants, and hipster stuff. River view deck makes for pleasant evenings and morning coffee. Many nice small touches. Comfy bed, big towels, good shower. Complete kitchen gear. Comfy livingroom. Would return.
