Positive: The house was decorated nice, and the styling and finishes were very modern.

Negative: The location was not in the safest neighborhood. The air conditioning took forever to cool down, there were several live cockroaches, the keurig coffee pot didn't work. The pricing didn't match neighborhood environment and the home was missing amenities such as seating on the patio, t.v.'s and mirrors in the bedrooms.

Summary: It was thankfully short and a bit disappointing as far as price versus value.

Positive: The house was exactly as the description says and pictures show. It was clean and spacious for our group of 7 adults and 2 kids. The location was good but only because we had cars with us. The neighborhood is up-and-coming but we felt safe. The kids even left their bikes and skateboards on the front deck overnight, and no issues. We were about 40 minutes from all of the major Tampa beaches, and only about 15 minutes from fun downtown spots.
