Positive: Beautiful Property very clean , safe

Negative: Sargassam ( seaweed ) made the beach and ocean unusable and the odor was very bad ! No night time activities , bars close early , lunches should have had sushi every day ! Very difficult and expensive to bring a service animal for an extended vacation here

Negative: I'm very disappointed in the tennis courts. Not real courts. Nets broken. Footing dangerous. Shouldn't advertise tennis courts. More a playground for children.

Positive: Staff is very friendly, very welcoming and goes beyond average for customer service. 10/10 even compared to more expensive resorts. Food was absolutely amazing, very attentive and really good cooking. We loved the iguanas around the resort very much.

Negative: I wish the paint smell wasn't so overwhelming in our room. All in all not the worst thing as it wore off quick. The water in the pool is a bit cold, but we got used to it once inside, if it could be a couple degrees warmer, it would be absolutely out of this world.

Summary: Loved the stay, I would 100% recommend to friends and family.

Positive: The pools are awesome and the staff has changed tremendously from the last time we were there. We loved Azul but the staff were super unfriendly. Knowing it changed hands we decided to give it another go. This time being Palmer resort the staff was great. Mauricio, Arron and jarico all pool staff were WONDERFUL!

Negative: That the only place to get breakfast was the buffet

Negative: IS OLD THE BUFFET RESTAURANT IS OLD AND SMELL BIT BAD WHEN YOU ENTER TO THE RESTAURANT, AND THE FOOD IS TO MANY THE SAME IN THE RESTAURANT. I HAVE A A/C PROBLEM SINCE THE SECOND DAY I WAS THERE AND NEVER OFFER TO ME TO CHANGE THE ROOM. I FELL ONE MORNING DAY I FELL BECUASE THAT PROBLEM IT WAS LIKING WATER FOR THE A/C AND I REPORTED BEFORE.
