Positive: Lovely cottage with everything provided. Excellent location for easy access to town and sea front. Basket of fruit and bottle of prosecco were a lovely touch. Private parking space was a bonus. Beds were so comfortable, shower was good and garden was a lovely outdoor space.

Negative: There was nothing to dislike!!

Positive: The location was idyllic , a lovely view down to the sea at the front , and the beautiful old St Edmund’s Church behind the back garden. The enclosed garden was charming , and so convenient for the dog, very safe. The bathroom was particularly well appointed , good positioning of grab rail , good lighting etc. Good choice of very comfortable beds . Delightful views from all the windows .

Negative: Locating the bungalow and the parking by the garage was challenging at the start of the holiday . Perhaps a hand-drawn map with photos of the landmarks in relation to the church might be useful.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay , so relaxing and comfortable, a real “home from home” . We liked it so much that we have

Positive: Beautiful bungalow. Lovely fruit basket on arrival. Greatly appreciated. Lots of other little treats as well including for dog. Location was great. Beach near by and lovely view of sea. Shops, cafes etc within a couple mins walk. Lovely garden. People next door very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back later this year.

Positive: Excellent location, clean and tidy inside, has all needed facilities like, oven, microwave and convection, dishwasher 4 beds in 2 rooms. Even had a fruit basket and presecco on arrival!

Negative: Heating was a bit temperamental especially as couldn't locate thermostat but worked out pressing the button on the box next to boiler gave it a boost

Positive: The location was excellent, just a very short walk from Hunstanton seafront and nearby shops. The bungalow has a lovely little decking area outside with bench seats and umbrella. We slept in the back bedroom and we found the bed very comfortable. Good shower - nice and hot and good flow. Comfortable lounge. The owner had left a large bowl of fruit, some chocolates, prosecco, crisps, pint of milk and sparkling water. All of which were very welcome. The bungalow was clean and welcoming and we would definitely stay again.

Negative: However it was difficult to find. The parking is in front of garage marked 3 which is accessed via narrow lane. In Church Road if you're facing the church it is on the right immediately after building next to church. You then walk down narrow path past back of church and through wrought iron gate. You can park for 45 minutes in front of bungalow to unload. It was not really clear on the description that there is no cooker. We had brought a couple of oven cooked meals with us. However there is an electric plug in hob, a convection microwave and an air fryer. We only used the convection microwave which worked well to cook oven cooked meals. Also we couldn't find the wifi code. It was in the desk drawer, but not in the welcome pack. We did struggle a bit with key code box, but perhaps that was just us!
