Positive: The room was clean and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable, slept very well. The bathroom was separate to the bedroom but was only for us to use and again was clean and tidy. Overall a pretty place, amazing location and would definitely come again.

Positive: Everything was great. Spotlessly clean room, very comfortable bed. Great attention to detail and very welcoming hosts. Close to the beach, cafés and local shops. We really enjoyed our stay.

Positive: The property was beautifully decorated to a high standard, the room was clean, bright and excellent supply of tea and coffee, even fresh milk in a fridge in the hallway. Even bottles of water and beautiful homemade biscuits. The towels were excellent quality and big. The shower was very good and the location was excellent about a 5 minute walk to everything in Hunstanton. Even though it was in the middle of Hunstanton it was very quiet. Very dog friendly, the owners dogs were very friendly as were the owners, very friendly and helpful.

Summary: Excellent stay would definitely recommend and already booked again!
