Positive: Spotlessly clean, very spacious upstairs apartment in gorgeous old vicarage and nicely furnished/decorated (has been updated since booking.com photos). Cosy with effective heating (we were there in February), good WIFI, comfortable beds, and away from roads, so very peaceful. Stunning views of church and garden/countryside from every window. Small but well equipped kitchen with quality appliances. Huge living/dining room. 2 large bedrooms, 2nd one has a double and single bed. Lovely big bath in the bathroom.Took us about 10 minutes to walk to the lovely Old Hunstanton beach and there are a couple of places to eat in Old Hunstanton.. Incredible value for such a spacious place in beautiful surroundings.

Negative: I think booking.com must have the wrong number for me or something because I didn't receive any messages with the key code before I arrived or any from the owners despite them sending them to me.Thankfully the neighbours were in to help us and the owners arrived shortly afterwards. So make sure you have the key code before you get there. The large shower is lovely, but the cubicle is a bit small so you can't escape the water..take a shower cap! A fantastic stay and we hope to return soon.

Negative: Received no booking confirmation or information from booking.com and information passed to owners was incorrect which made thing’s stressful. This had nothing to do with the owners however who went out of the way to sort things out.

Summary: Incredibly peaceful and relaxing location.

Positive: The location was excellent. Very quiet. Wildlife in the garden, including bats in the evening

Negative: The only thing that was a little perturbing was that there was a half used toilet roll left for us to use in the bathroom.

Summary: Excellent property. Have already booked our return visit. That says it all.
