Summary: Awesome property! Came here on our honeymoon and it was a perfect 10/10. Staff very attentive, food was excellent, pools were very clean and safe! Beaches were perfect. Recommend doing the turtle experience and participating in activities. So much fun and relaxing at the same time!! Special thank you to Francisco and Sergio at check in, Karen the concierge of building 9a, Luis David Reuben with the pool staff, Karla with the Bali bed wait staff, and Max, Mayra, Carlos, and Liz with entertainment staff - everyone of these people made the trip even more memorable for our honeymoon. I cannot wait to go back soon!

Summary: Pro : Beautiful resort, clean and well mantained, great choice of entertainment, good choice of restaurants, decent buffet. Con: lack of beach chairs, even being a preffered club we would wake up before sunset to get a spot, they also told us we can't leave chairs unattended for more than 20 minutes, definitely expected more from the high end resort
