This Home is the Passport to a great Vacation. The contemporary home with an organic flowing floorplan was built in 2015. Important to know – there are two 65” Flatscreen Smart 4K Ultra HD TV’s for you to enjoy. 2018 the owners added a show stopping pool area ready to wow each and every vacation guest. The extensive Paver coated Pool deck expects you with outdoor dining for 6 and a wonderful Lounge. The Pool itself is nothing short from SPECTACULAR with large swimming area, an extensive Sunshelf with a large Spa vis-à-vis, additional Water Spouts. There is an electric heater for cooler days as well. The backyard is peaceful and private.
There are elegant white sofas in the great room with coffee and side tables and a TV console with electric fireplace. The contemporary kitchen with Level 4 Granite offers dark cabinets and stainless steel appliances, a kitchen island with bar stools and a morning nook with awesome pool views just steps away. The master bedroom with King Bed, 2 Nightstands and Dresser is elegant and the ensuite bath is wide, with dual sinks, a large walk-in shower and walk in closet. Separate formal dining with glass doors make entertaining your friends easy. There are two generously sized guest rooms, one with a King Bed and the other one has a Queen Bed and both have a closet storage. They share a guest bath in the middle of both rooms. Whole House is decorated in lovely tropical style. There are luxury white continental shutters thru out the house.
You will enjoy free access to two fantastic Tennis Courts, a party cabana and a children playground at the Rotonda Community Park in the very center of Rotonda

Summary: We loved this place, pool area is the best. We were there right after hurricane and all public beaches were closed but we had a great time by the pool and house was very clean. Would come again.

Summary: Everything was perfect from booking to check out. The house is absolutely beautiful with a beautiful pool area. The neighbourhood is peaceful and well looked after. The management team were excellent, in particular, Seraina who was so helpful and available to answer questions. I will definitely stay at this house again if available.

Summary: We had a great time staying here for our week long vacation. The air went out the first night we were there but she quickly got it fixed for us. Everything was perfect! The pool was amazing my kids loved every minute we were there. We defintely will be back.

Summary: This was a wonderful property for our family vacation. The convivence of having a pool on property was wonderful! The accommodations were great, only thing missing was a umbrellas for the pool deck, pictured in the online listing. When asked we were told no, but there was a beach umbrella available, doesn't work at the pool!! Pool is sunny ALL day, so I was looking forward to reading poolside in the shade.

Summary: This house was everything described in the listing plus so much more. The house was clean, roomy and had everything we needed. The pool was absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood that the home is in is quite. Would definitely stay at this home again.

Summary: Property was beautiful and pool was extremely nice for kids. Location is OK, have to drive 15 or so minutes for decent restaurants but not too bad. The nearest beaches are extremely nice and some of the nicest I have seen in Florida.

Summary: House was amazing. Pictures didn’t do hot tub/pool area justice. Was like a mini Vegas pool set up. Seraina was awesome to deal with. The ac went out one night and she literally had someone there in 90 minutes to fix it. It didn’t affect anything at all. We were heading out to lunch anyways. We got back. It was fixed. Her communication during our trip with any questions we had were as good as the house and set up. Both outstanding! When you arrive it comes with manual that literally covers everything. If 6 stars out of 5 was a rating we would be putting that. 15 minutes away from englewood beach with plenty of parking. Beach is gorgeous. Beach is in middle of awesome area with tiki bars and cool restaurants. Had the little one with us otherwise we would have bar hopped. Farlows on the water is awesome to eat at. And super COVID smart. Super family friendly. Impressed with the practice of covid at farlows . Made us feel at ease. We went to book the house again for spring break half way thru our trip and it was already booked. If you book with this house or with Seraina You will not be disappointed in either! Sharkys in Venice is another must see for restaurants with in 15-35 mins away.
