This 3 bedroom | 3 bath | Pool home backs onto a nice Rotonda Canal giving spectacular water views. You also have your own dock for fishing and kayaking or simply hang out to watch the abundant wild life and appreciate the peace and quiet of this superb location.
Airy great room and dining area. Great room comes with neutral tone comfy sofas, side tables, TV console and large flat screen TV. The kitchen has granite countertops and breakfast bar with plenty of cabinetry. Fully opening glass sliders across the back of the living room perfectly integrate indoor and outdoor living areas and easily transitions from indoor entertaining to pool side relaxing with friends and family.
The home has a split floor plan: Master bedroom suite with direct pool access, King Bed set, separated from the rest of the bedrooms. Master Bath with dual sinks, large walk-in shower, separate soaking tub and 2 walk-in-closets. On the other side of the house are two spacious guest bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and plenty of closet space. Large laundry room with front loading washer & dryer. For our little guest we are happy to install the Baby safety fence.
Rotonda West features five golf courses positioned around the community totaling 99 holes of fun and challenging play, a beautiful 165-acre Park, featuring a new Community Center, many lakes, abundant tropical landscape and wildlife with miles of biking and walking trails. Take a short car ride to the Gulf Beaches of Boca Grande, Englewood, or Manasota Key to name a few where you will find world class fishing and sand between your toes!
You will enjoy free access to two fantastic Tennis Courts, a party cabana and a children playground at the Rotonda Community Park in the very center of Rotonda
