In the style of an historic, German Sunday House, your experience will be reminiscent of a stay on the second floor of an old home with the conveniences of modern amenities and easy recreation. We can accommodate up to 6 adults upstairs with 2 people utilizing an Aerobed. We can also provide a pack n play for babies if the entire guest house is booked.

Summary: My husband and I stayed Saturday- Monday. We really loved our stay. We stayed in the top floor and we felt like we had full privacy. I would love to rent out the whole unit for our family in the future. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I would 100% stay here again. The location is really close to downtown Gruene. Very easy to go back and forth. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Summary: This accommodation is located in a neighborhood very near Gruene, TX. Although not a riverfront property, it is very close to both Gruene and New Braunfels for easy access to tubing, restaurants, shopping and excellent dining. It is so well designed and decorated it provides an upscale but comfortable stay. Kathleen and Greg are excellent hosts and have thought of everything. The house is in their backyard (a beautiful setting!) has ample well marked parking and both the upstairs and downstairs are connected by an interior door should you need the space of both rentals. There is nice, shady outdoor space to enjoy with a firepit, beautiful plants and a small dining area. There are bbq pits should you want to grill and a kitchenette with hotplate and small refrigerator. We enjoyed coffee on the porch in the morning watching the hummers zoom by! We will be back for sure.
