Beautifully decorated two bedroom one bath Casita complete with fully equipped kitchen, complimentary coffee bar, and laundry room. Wonderful amenities throughout with an upscale atmosphere and attention to detail. BBQ gas grill on the upper patio, lower patio has seating with a beautiful view, and direct Guadalupe river access. Steps down to the river have a hand rail, although not easily accessible for the physically challenged.
Just a short walk to downtown Gruene! EV charging station for guest use only, including high-speed Wi-Fi and streaming smart TV’s. Thorough cleaning initiatives in place for the safety of our guests. We’re also a 100% non-smoking property; no smoking or vaping allowed inside.

Summary: Our stay was amazing! I have OCD, so traveling is really hard for me. Cleanliness is a top priority for me. This is the cleanest place I have ever stayed. It was amazing. I was able to truly relax and enjoy myself more than I have anywhere else I have traveled. Not only was it a nice place inside, but the outside was cute as well. Summary: Loved the location and the property. It is within walking distance of Gruene Hall and several restaurants. There are a couple things that I was not aware of. If you are older or not in good shape, please be aware that the access to the river is very steep walk/climb. Its not too bad going down, but going up is difficult. We did this one time lol. We just rented tubes from Rockin R and just rode river through them. The property does not offer tubes. The owners were very kind to offer their compressor, but we didnt want to haul a lot of stuff down to the river and back up those stairs. We were going to puchase tubes at Walmart, but we were in my car, so we didnt want to have to deflate and haul the tubes all the way back home. The only other thing to be mindful of is there is no cover on the front door. If its nighttime and you are taking a shower, make sure you do not walk out of the bathroom without clothes. There are people walkign down the street and can see in the Casita at night. It was a lovely place. We will deifinitely stay again. We just covered the door with a blanket at night and did not use their river access. There were also deer that were walking in the backyard as well as the driveway. It was a very cool place to stay.

Summary: Terry and terry do an amazing job at creating a home away from home! The casita is so close to everything Gruene has to offer. It was so clean and homey and the access to the river is wonderful. We had the best time.

Summary: We really enjoyed the comfort, amenenties, and convenience of this location for our stay. The river is just behind us, and walking distance to everything charming in Gruene. Terry was very attentive to our needs if any and I would definitely come back and stay here We love Gruene Texas.

Summary: So beautiful, so clean, so quiet---so---amazing! Great house, fun, amazing Bosch appliances ( love the electronically operated shower :) ). Walking distance to town, great shopping, great food, super friendly people, great music close by. The house has everything you will need, including a great full kitchen.This was our first time to visit this town, and, we went to Whitewater Amph and saw Willie Nelson (what a great time).Our host, Terry is so gracious and we had a lot of fun talking, great people!!I am telling y'all: you have no choice, you must stay at this house, you will love every second of it...
