Summary: We loved our stay at Rocky Top Falls! The property was perfect for our families where we played outside, explored the mini-trails, tried out the lake (kayaks and floating dock), and relaxed in the hot tub. The hosts left plenty of helpful resources (I’ve stayed in plenty of rentals which are completely bare) and we were also grateful an easy check out process.

Summary: Rocky Top Falls is an absolutely amazing property. It has numerous seating areas with photo worthy views and direct access to the lake. The guest house is beautifully decorated and spacious. Every family member, ages 15-81, rated this best vacation ever!

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at Rocky Top Falls! We drove in for the July 4th weekend from the Dallas area, and were joined by family members from around Batesville and from Phoenix. The house is very spacious and nicely decorated. It is well-appointed with all the things you need, plus a lot of fun and recreational items (table tennis, cornhole sets, life jackets, lanterns, kayaks, etc.). We liked that the master suite is separate from the other two upstairs bedrooms (one with 2 queens and one with two sets of bunk beds). The downstairs area with couch, TV, two more sets of bunks, and bathroom was great for the smaller kids. The deck is very large and the hot tub is a nice touch. The property itself is gorgeous. We loved the porch swing, adirondack chairs, and two different fire pit areas on the bluff overlooking the cove and lake. Having access to the water was amazing. We went down every day for kayaking and playing in the water with our dogs. This was the perfect place with the space and amenities to host my family over our 4 day vacation. On a hectic 4th of July weekend at Greers Ferry Lake, the privacy and seclusion of the property at the end of a wooded cul-de-sac was ideal. Regardless of how crazy the boat traffic got on the water, the street and area around the house was super-quiet. Communication with Rachel was outstanding, starting while I was booking and continuing prior to and during our stay. Thanks Rachel & Miguel for everything! No doubt we'll be back!!

Summary: The pictures of this place do not do not it justice, but it's impossible to capture the 360° beauty of the property with a camera. Felt like we stumbled upon the gem of the whole Fairfield Bay area. The house was fully equipped with every single thing you could need for a lakehouse vacation. Highlights were the hot tub with incredible views, kayaks, magical waterfall, beautiful walking trails and the firepit at night. The kids did not want to leave. We loved this place and enjoyed a wonderful time here!
