Perfect for couples or families.Spend the day on Greers Ferry Lake , play some golf on championship golf courses, go kayaking, hiking , bowling, ride atv trails, minature golf, disc golf, tennis, pickleball to name a few things or relax on the two decks of the condo while grilling out or having your morning coffee .King size bed in one of the bedrooms and a queen size in second . There is a sofa bed in the living room for additional guests. It comes with two full bathrooms, full size washer and dryer , charcoal griĺl, and well equipped kitchen.

Summary: Condo is beautifully decorated and super stocked with everything you need. Quick walk to the pool. Several restaurants close by and the bowling alley and marina are close, as well. Loved our stay and will be back.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Benjamin’s by the Lake. The condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped with all we needed for our stay. Hosts were friendly and helpful and getting into the property was a breeze. We traveled to north central Arkansas to enjoy the Ozark mountain roads and do some fall hiking. We found plenty of places to explore within an hour of the condo. Condo is located in a beautiful area of the state.

Summary: Condo was clean, beds were comfy, loved all the blankets and pillows on the beds!! Beautifully decorated! We enjoyed spending time outside on the deck, it was so peaceful and quiet, it was just what we needed!!
