The Space:
Our light-filled cabin is packed with amenities and fun for couples, families or small groups of friends.
The cabin includes:
- Two large bedrooms (king and queen beds)
- A huge wrap-around deck with a propane grill
- Outdoor hot tub perfect for relaxing
- Open concept living room with wood-burning stove (although we have central AC and heat, so no need to worry about the stove if you don’t want to!)
- Fast, reliable WiFi that's good enough to stream movies and hold video calls
- Fully-stocked kitchen with granite counter, dishwasher, stove/oven, and microwave
We often take our three little kids and dog to the cabin with us, so we're very family- and dog-friendly. Unfortunately we don't allow cats (we're allergic).
Beyond the cabin itself, we love how close to everything we are -- particularly the Great Cacapon River and Berkeley Springs. The Great Cacapon is fantastic for kayaking, canoeing, and fishing throughout the year. And the town of Berkeley Springs has been voted one of the top arts communities in the US; the shopping, spa, and restaurant scene does not disappoint! The local brewery (Berkeley Springs Brewing Company) and winery (Cold Run Valley Winery) are also right next door; we especially love the BBQ and beer at the brewery!

Summary: Tony and his team have created a lovely, little place here! It was perfect for the two of us and our dogs for 3 nights. Might have felt cramped to have another adult with us. Couch was too squishy to sit on comfortably. But we enjoyed all that the area offered. Host was very accessible and answered questions promptly.

Summary: We had a great stay for one night breaking up a road trip. The cabin is not far from town and was nice and private and very clean upon entry. The hot tub cover holder was broken, but other than that everything was just as advertised and we loved enjoying the go tub under a nice starry nice. Would definitely stay again..

Summary: Just catching up with a long time friend I hadn’t seen in a long while, the house was clean, and well stocked. Close to town and restaurants, grocery, sightseeing, etc. Had good communication with the owner.

Summary: This was the perfect place to relax and decompress. We practically lived on the porch and watched birds and the trees. Exactly the right distance from town and groceries - not too far, but far enough to feel wonderfully remote. Tony was a great host - responded to our questions immediately and helpfully. Hope to stay again!

Summary: For our honeymoon we wanted a private cabin with a hot tub and we got what we wanted. The cabin was clean, well equipped, quiet and all that we needed. We were able to enjoy visiting Berkley Springs, Harpers Ferry, the brewery, and just relax. Highly recommend if you want peace and quiet and privacy. Would definitely return!

Summary: My husband and I wanted to have a few days to ourselves. We love the area of Berkley Springs, so this was perfect for us. Relaxing in the hot tub, quiet neighborhood, walking the town and hiking in Cacapon State Park fit our agenda perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and comfy beds. Communication was excellent, especially when the power went out! It was only for a few hours, that is when we walked the town. Pet friendly was icing on the cake. Thank you for a wonderful get away
