Summary: We stayed at this property several times last winter. It is perfect! Fantastic location, perfect sleeping set-up, plenty of space and restrooms. The hot tub is spectacular. The upkeep and finishes make it feel like home. The owners were responsive and accommodating. We'd highly recommend this unit to anyone and look forward to another winter in Berino Ct!

Summary: The condo , inside, was as listed, however the community pool was not working & the condo’s hot tub was murky, had a strong odor & brown sediment around the water edge. The property company was called three times, 2 different days to get it cleaned and useable. We were unable to use the hot tub 4 1/2 days of our 5 day stay. These 2 items were very disappointing since we had 3 grandchildren with us,

Summary: Plenty of room and amenities in the kitchen. As a caution for seniors, there are a lot of stairs and fairly narrow in case you aren’t able to climb stairs easily. The location and views are priceless. Very close to I-70 so you do get Interstate noise. Overall, I would stay there again

Summary: Clean, easy to find, good location. The only negative was that the grill needed to be scraped and cleaned up. My husband did this so we could grill up our chicken. Beautiful location and neat and tidy home.

Summary: This house was perfect for our stay. We had plenty of space for 7 adults. The hot tub was great - private and easy to use. The location was perfect for what we wanted. Skiied Copper, Abasin and Winter Park. Kitchen was well stocked. Humidifiers provided. Beds were comfortable. 5 minutes from grocery store. Everyone should try Outer Range brewery.
