Outdoor areas: They feature the epicenter of life in the summer months and they have been designed accordingly, all throughout a total of 1200sq.m. of outdoor space . Apart from the carefully curated gardens all around the house, you will find a great swimming pool (45 sq.m.), which is positioned in such way that absolute privacy is ensured . In the swimming pool area you will find a patio with comfortable garden furniture 8 sunbeds and 2 handmade sun umbrellas made from leaves of tropic palm tree leaves, where you can relax in the day or enjoy your drink in the evening. An outdoor shower facility is available, as well as an outdoor barbeque pit. As for little children, there is a designated area for them to play, filled with garden toys.
Interior: The interior of the villa is exceptional and ready to offer you a memorable holiday. You are sure to find the villa stylish and spacious, as it spreads over 320 Sq.m. and two floors. Upon entrance on the left, you will find yourself in the dining room, which overlooks the Cretan Sea. The view is sure to take your breath away, as you will be able to dine, while gazing the infinite blue and the majestic sunset colors. Next to the dining room lays a billiard table for you to enjoy.
Living room: On the right side of the first floor you will find a cozy living room area, which is equipped with a TV set and other electronics, like a PSP4, so staying here will truly make you feel at home. The 6-seat sofa and the overall aura of the space will definitely allow you to relax.
Kitchen: The kitchen of the villa is fully equipped and yours to use at all times. Kitchenware and various appliances (fridge, cooker, microwave oven, washer, coffee maschine, toaster, water boiler etc.) will be at your disposal and the separate pantry room will certainly give you enough space to prepare your favorite meals.
Office: For those traveling, but still need a desk space, a private spacious office is available, which offers a computer and a printer. This will be your favorite reading nook and play room, since an assortment of books and games are there for you to enjoy.
Bedrooms: Taking the stairs to the bottom floor leads to the bedrooms. Here you will find the Master Bedroom (50 Sq.m), which is equipped with a double bed, aircondition, a separate closet space and a private bathroom with hamam. It also has a private balcony, overlooking the sea. There is one more large bedroom (25 Sq.m.) with a double bed and a private bathroom. Two more smaller bedrooms (20 Sq.m. each) are available, both of which have double beds. These share a separate third bathroom. All the bedrooms are very spacious and homey and each of them is equipped with a TV set, aircondition, a wardrobe and a writing desk. Please note that all beds, mattresses and pillows are from the brand COCO-MAT, which ensures the highest of quality. Upon request, the double beds of two of the bedrooms can be turned into two single ones. In case you're travelling with a baby, there is also a baby cot available.

Summary: Villa Velvet Breeze is the most amazing property inside and out. Kiki and Thomas have thought of everything and more. The garden and pool area is a relaxing private haven which makes you want to stay instead of exploring the area. We did however visit a number of truly amazing restaurants recommended by Kiki . We also visited the old town of Rethymon and it’s harbour which was amazing with its cobbled streets and lovely shops. Kiki’s Moussska is delicious and her infectious friendly welcoming personality adds to a truly memorable holiday. The property was exceptionally clean and well cared for. We would love to visit Villa Breeze again and Thank you both Kiki and Thomas for the lovely gift on our final day! We hope they will flourish In our care and will be a reminder of our Oasis and Haven in Crete, Villa Velvet Breeze

Summary: We stayed as a family of eight, aged 7-70, for a week at Velvet Breeze and would thoroughly recommend it. The villa and gardens are exactly as they appear in the photos - spacious, clean and well designed. The front balcony looks out over the sea which makes for great views of the sunset. The hosts are friendly, responsive and thoughtful in making sure their guests have an enjoyable holiday - our flight was delayed by several hours so we didn’t arrive until 1.30am but Kiki was waiting to welcome us at the villa and give a tour of all the facilities (with homemade food in the oven!). In short - great place and great people - very much recommended.

Summary: We stayed 2 weeks in april/may at the Velvet Breeze villa. What an incredible location owned by the very sweet owners Kiki and Thomas.At our late arrival we were surprised with a very delicious Mousaka and it tasted fantastic.The villa is extremely complete and many places to sit down together or apart. The see view in the front is incredible with a great terrace and at the back side we had our early morning breakfasts overlooking the beautiful garden including the heated pool.The villa has so many places to sit down that it is ideal for families but also if you go with several parties and want to enjoy some privacy.Kiki and Thomas were very kind and helpfull during our stay. And we needed them because our granddaughter got ear problems. Kiki helped us with the adress of a very capable and child friendly doctor. We even could stay a few these longer in teh villa than originally planned because of her ear problems.As a resume: we really can recommend Velvet Breeze villa, it is like staying in paradise.

Summary: This is a beautiful villa with extremely nice hosts who left a delicious Moussaka on the first evening. Its perfect for two families , there is plenty of space both inside and outside with the grounds being particularly nice. The pool is great , we had it heated as it was at the end of the season. You probably need a car as its little remote but there are mini markets nearby. We used both the pizza oven and bbq which were really nice evenings. I would highly recommend this villa We used

Summary: The villa location is right in the middle of Crete, about equidistant to Chania and Heraklion, as well as near the major highway that connects north to south - making it ideal for travelling around. The villa was an amazing place to stay, spacious, modern and full of amenities. Steam shower - Gym, Heat Pool - Pool Table - Ping Pong table - Outdoor cooking (We hired private chef for a few nights) just to name a few. The hosts met us upon arrival and provided a great tour and details needed for the stay and were very gracious. They were very helpful with information about the island and recommended places, restaurants and things to do. Would highly recommend the villa!

Summary: This villa is absolutely stunning, from the moment we walked through the gates we were blown away! Kiki and Thomas were there to greet us and show us around, Kiki had made one of her famous "made with love" moussaka's and it didn't disappoint! The villa was absolutely spotless, we found no faults, from the spectacular sunrise at the back of the villa to the stunning sunset at the front of the villa! Everything we needed for our stay was ready and available. The grounds of the property are just as stunning as the property it's self with several seating areas around the stunning pool. We also made great use of the Poole table inside and the ping pong table outside ! There was lots of information available within the villa for days out etc, and Kiki was available if we needed anything ! There is a bus stop located near by ,taxi service available and a few local shops,cafe and restaurants available near by. We would absolutely love to return one day to this villa.It was beyond our expectations. We shall keep Kiki and Thomas updated with our souvenirs yearly !!! Thank you for hosting us !!!

Summary: We were two families with 5 kids (age 6 - 13) and the villa was perfect. Spotlessly clean, spacious, very tastefully decorated with everything we needed for a weeks stay. The outside area is beautiful and the sunsets from the balcony are stunning. KiKi our host could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Would 100% recommend.
