Summary: Clean room, decent lobby. Restaurant was closed the second night of our stay, and lobby bar prices far exceeded the value. For prices that high, I would expect more value with the seating and/or staff friendliness and efficiency. Value was not there.

Summary: The toilet seat was too small for the toilet bowl, it's like surfing on your bottom for everyone in the family. Coffee maker was weak, and no good coffee to order until 7am, and the service was lacking brain power and urgency. The people working there just like sloths.. and they don't look like to have enough people working. Tv wasn't plugged in when we got to the room. We can hear the train scraping by, thank goodness they don't use the horn. Oh pool was under renovation but was not shown on website, I didn't know until after booking.Food quality and speed was not good...Overall, just not worth the money even if location is good.

Summary: Mandatory valet parking, which is ridiculous when a room there is $300 for a pool that wasnt advertised as under construction, hair in the shower drain from the visitors prior to us is a bit disgusting. Do better if your charging these prices.
