Summary: Marriott Convoy is usually an excellent experience for us. The Seattle Marriott Waterfront is extremely popular because all the HUGE cruise ships that come in during the summer months to take people to Alaska. Because of this, the hotel was packed with people, chaotic lobby, noisy, drop off and pick up outside was crazy busy. We were not there because of a cruise to Alaska, so that convenience was of no value to us. I would never stay at this Marriott in Seattle again in the summer. The winter months may be better, but we will look for a Marriott at a different location in the city in the future. The waterfront was appealing but there are other hotels on the waterfront away from the Cruise-line docks.

Summary: It was all around a good hotel. Staff were excellent. Swimming pool was nice. I didn't arrive by cruise ship, but dozens did and the staff handled them well.

Summary: Well-located on the waterfront and conveniently walkable to many nearby attractions. Oddly, our TV didn't get actual television channels. What really upset us the ost was that there was no free wi-fi even though I'm a Bon-Voy member. The idea anyone paying to stay at your hotel should have to pay extra for wi-fi is ludicrous. Staff at the Lobby Bar didn't come to our table to take our order so we left & spent our money elsewhere. Much guest noise from people next door and above us thanks largely to the laminate floors replacing sound-deadening carpet in rooms.
