Marvel at spectacular sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean from the two balconies of this oceanfront townhouse on the shores of Fenwick Island. Enjoy a boardwalk right out back that leads across the dunes onto the sand, as well as fantastic access to Fenwick Island State Park a short stroll to the south.
This multi-level townhome is a beach-goer's delight, offering an outdoor shed with beach gear, close proximity to both guarded (at the state park) and unguarded (directly out back) beaches, and an outdoor shower to rinse off any lingering sand at the end of the day. You can sip your morning coffee on the upstairs balcony off the primary bedroom and dine in the fresh ocean air outside on the main balcony in the evenings.
Ascend a flight of stairs to reach the main living space on the second floor, where you'll be greeted by an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, a circular dining table, and an oceanfront living room with a sectional sofa and a large flatscreen TV. Central AC, high-speed WiFi, and a washer/dryer are all on hand as well. The two bedrooms - including an oceanfront primary suite with its own TV and bathroom - are on the third floor and an additional sleeping loft is on the fourth level.

Summary: My husband and 2 boys have went on an ocean vacation every year since our oldest was 10 months old he’s now 6 and we love this tradition. It was our first time at Fenwick Island but not our last. This location was 10/10

Summary: This our second year renting the villa! We absolutely love it for the convenient access to the beach and the privacy it offers. The villa itself is always clean and the space is perfect for my family. We enjoyed our second year here and would highly recommend staying here!

Summary: Great location. The two main bedrooms were very comfortable, the third floor bedroom was very stuffy with very steep stairs. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with pans and dishes. Beach was wonderful and has easy access.
