Summary: The apartment is perfectly positioned with gorgeous views of the beach from every window. The apartment is on a hill and the walk to the beach, although short, is quite steep, so that may be a consideration for some. There wasn't a single thing we wanted during the stay that wasn't available: it is very much a home away from home. Rachel was a great host, easily contactable and friendly. We had such a wonderful time and definitely intend to return.

Summary: This flat in Clifton Court is wonderful. There are the most amazing views from every window. The kitchen is very well kitted out with everything you need to cook a range of large meals. It is immaculately clean. Rachel, the owner, and Sue, the House Keeper are very attentive and helpful. Absolutely lovely. Thanks so much for a very comfortable stay.

Summary: We had a fabulous time at this property. We were mesmerised by the stunning views of the sea and coast from every window of the property. Sitting on the balcony gazing at the sea/beach was so relaxing. We could watch the sun descend into the sea and saw the most amazing light effects of the sunset. The property is very well appointed and very comfortable. My wife enjoyed swimming in the pool and often had it entirely to herself. The local walks were a joy: along the beach to Woolacombe, the country path to Woolacombe with a fab cafe that serves excellent vegan food on the way. The trek around Baggy Point with stunning views. All in all and excellent holiday location. Would have preferred a double bed since the flat only has twin beds in it but other than that everything perfect.

Summary: The apartment was large, 2 bed 2 bath. Big enough for a family. The kitchen was very well serviced. The outstanding part of our holiday was the location. The views out of all the windows was wonderful. even in the rain, just watching the sea and surfers was very relaxing. The beach at the bottom of the hill was a big hit with the kids. They loved it. The indoor pool was just the icing on the cake. We are definitely coming back. We would recommend it to anyone.

Summary: Wonderful views of Woolacombe bay from every window in the flat are matched by the interior. The owners have thought of everything you can possibly need. The place feels more like a home than a rental which makes your stay even more relaxing. It is also very well serviced by housekeeper Sue., it is clean as a whistle. We loved it.

Summary: My wife and I enjoyed our stay at your well-equipped apartment. Lovely view of sea and beach. We had some problems being able to get Netflix when we wanted, but other than that were grateful for smart tv. The housekeeper Sue was very herlpful as ever.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay here. The flat was stocked with everything we could possibly need - children’s games, buckets & spades, binoculars, windbreak, baking paper, foil, sandwich bags, dishwasher tablets and great kitchen supplies. This was particularly useful as we ended up cooking all our meals - the beach cafe stopped serving food too early to have dinner there and the roads were so narrow we were put off from going out for dinner. Sainsburys delivery went very well. The swimming pool was much appreciated by our children and was kept very clean. Fresh yellow roses were a lovely touch - thank you!

Summary: We had a lovely week at 21 Clifton court, the apartment was very clean and comfortable and the kids enjoyed the on-site pool which we had to ourselves. The views and location are stunning, great for surfing and exploring the beach. We enjoyed walking to Woolacombe and Baggy point.

Summary: Loved it. Took her to young grandchildren to this apartment for a week over Easter and had a fabulous time with easy access to the beautiful Putsborough Sands, mainly sun and lots of surf, great local pubs (especially the Rock inn), and a lovely indoor heated pool. The apartment has stunning views of the beach, it’s very comfortable and extremely well equipped with games as well. We would highly recommend.
