Positive: We arrived late on a Friday evening and Tina & Bill had left coffee and a few bits for breakfast, which was absolutely what we needed the next morning! The property is lovely, clean, light and spacious, comes with everything you need and so close to the beach!

Positive: Tina and Bill’s property was perfect. They were lovely and welcomed us when we arrived. We were supplied with lots of extras as well as tea,coffee and milk they kindly left fruit, croissants, pain au chocolates and small boxes of cereal so that we had everything we needed upon arrival. The bed was comfy and the water pressure in the shower was great, even charging cables were provided. There is a track just across the road to walk to the beach and Woolacombe. The village is charming and has a small shop and two pubs. We had a delicious meal at The Rock.

Positive: It was clean, fresh and stylish. The owners went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and providing very kind extras. Every consideration has been given to providing any item that guests might need. The property is private and quiet and set in a lovely village location with two excellent pubs within a short walk. There is a nearby walk to the beach and several coastal options are a short drive away.

Positive: The garden view was amazing and the apartment was very well equipped for a very comfortable stay. We were also treated to a Devon cream tea and breakfast. The owners were very friendly and offered great advice on the local walks and pubs. This is a great location for lovely beaches.

Summary: We loved our stay in this pretty villlage, so close to an amazing beach.

Positive: Lovely accommodation, lots of space and a lovely garden. All very clean and well looked after. Extras in the fridge always make the difference, thank you. Bill and Tina were very helpful and welcoming. Great pub just around the corner for food. Would recommend this property to anyone🤗

We were blown away by every little detail, from its perfect location to the thoughtful touches Tina and Bill infused throughout the space. It’s an idyllic retreat, offering a blissful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life! If you're looking for a romantic getaway, this is definitely the place to unwind and connect. Waking up to the stunning garden view from the bedroom window was pure magic—a gentle way to start the day. The hot The hot tub was a great surprise, and Bill kindly prepared it when we requested it! Tina surprised us with delicious yoghurt and scones, making our stay even more special. The flat is spotless, modern, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We can't wait to return for more incredible memories!

Positive: Beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, gloriously quiet and with treats supplied. Living in the West Country, I’m not a big fan of holiday homes decimating villages so the fact that the owners live upstairs and have only very recently started this venture made it even better. There’s great food to be had at the Kings Arms (influenced by the Thai chef) and a handy village store, both close by. Even better, the footpath opposite takes you to the local Woolacombe Dunes parkrun, less than 2 miles away - which was the entire reason for my trip - and rewards you with stunning views out to Lundy Island. I’d be delighted to stay here again.

Positive: Everything was perfect - there were 2 phone charger leads (such a practical thought 😊). Coffees, teas, milk, Coffee machine (and pods), extras in the fridge that just made a delightful addition. Hot tub (not overlooked) - lovely garden setting. Bill and Tina really great hosts. Even though we only stayed 1 night, we couldn't recommend enough and would not hesitate to stay again.

Negative: Parking outside the property on a small road BUT not a problem for us and room for vehicles to drive past. Although, there is a village car park available.
