The Space:
When not at the beach, why not visit the local markets, picnic at the river or take the famous cockle train to Middleton, Port Elliot or Victor Harbor. The designated bike path from Goolwa to Victor Harbour is also a great family activity
This property has a fantastic layout that the whole family will enjoy!
Spacious Open Plan Dining, Living and Kitchen area which is light and bright with ocean views.
Lounge room has plenty of seating areas large TV. Large split system heating and cooling
Dining area has a large table with seating for 8
Kitchen has electric cooking, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee pod machine and much more!
A glass sliding door leads out to the balcony, you can relax and listen to the waves or maybe sip a glass of wine while enjoying the ocean views
Main Bedroom has ocean views, a queen size bed, walk in robe and a two way bathroom.
Bedroom two has a double bed.
Downstairs layout:
Second living area this space is magnificent especially for the children! This area includes lots of seating space, A wall mounted TV and a pool table!
Bedroom three has a double size bed and built in robes.
Bedroom four has bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top as well as built in robes.
Main Bathroom and toilet.
Separate laundry with washing machine, dryer, storage cupboards and a small extra fridge.
Iron and ironing board also included.
Outside entertaining area off the side of the house this is all paved and another outside table and chairs which includes 8 seats enjoy the ocean views from this area also.
Front yard has another outdoor entertaining area this area is all undercover and includes a lounge, gas heater and the BBQ. The lawned area next to this is a great place for children and pets to play, a path leads down to extra parking with a double gate and beach access only a 5 minute stroll away, For pets on vacation the large yard is fully fenced and there is also a rabbit/ guinea pig hutch which is available upon request.

Summary: To celebrate my birthday i booked Seascape for my partner, son and daughter-in-law and two grandddaughters along with their furbaby. We loved this property. My son and his family took the downstairs section which was perfect for the children's early nights/early mornings and we all congregated upstairs. The deck was lovely and the garden area was amazing for the doggo and for the family running races, ball games and bbq! Close to the beach, supermarket and local markets. Comfortable and well supplied with equipment. Only thing we did miss was a milk frother with the coffee machine but we survived by heating milk in the microwave and adding to our coffee - very much a first world problem!! Would happily recommend this site and would stay here again. Harris Real Estate were very easy to deal with and offer two drop off points for the keys which was handy. Great home and a credit to the owners and property managers. We even managed to complete a circular puzzle over the 3.5 day stay ..... 3 pieces missing but it didn't matter. Was a lovey family experience with great memories to take with us.

Summary: The property has everything those on holiday would need. The property was very well appointed, was spacious, clean and had lovely views over the dunes. A short walk to the beach. The kids also loved it. We would love to return and recommend the property.
