In winter the fireplace and wall mounted heater will keep you cosy and warm, and in summer you can choose the sea breeze or the air conditioning.
Nearby you'll find the Goolwa SLSC patrolled beach, beachside cafes, the Encounter bikepath runs right past the house and don't forget the Corio Hotel for a great pub meal. We also highly recommend Cafe Bombora on the river which is a few minutes away.

Summary: Fantastic house, it had all that we needed to enjoy Goolwa Beach, and the backyard was great for the dog. We used it as a base to surf at Goolwa and Middleton, and could work during the day using the excellent wifi. The dog loved walks to the beach though the dunes. Highly recommended for a beach holiday.
