4 Bedroom House in Ventnor

This comfortable 2 storey house is a 300 metres stroll from the dog friendly beach and offers privacy with the convenience of a 5 minute drive to the Penguin Parade, Nobbies, Cowes town centre and Grand Prix Circuit .
Perfect for the family or 2 families with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 separate living areas and expansive covered decks. Spacious front and rear gardens for the family with pergola, firepit and outdoor seating and a hot water outdoor shower The back yard is fully fenced for dogs.
For privacy for individual families or a retreat for adults the accommodation on each floor consists of 2 bedrooms, living rooms and full bathrooms, both with 1200mm showers. All bedding and bath towels are provided.
The upstairs bedrooms have one queen bed and the other with 3 singles serviced by a bathroom. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area have reverse cycle AC and heating as well as a wood burning fireplace. Sliding glass doors lead to the expansive covered balcony up among the trees where people spend most of their time either relaxing or entertaining.
The kitchen has all the facilities you would expect including stove, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine.
Downstairs one bedroom has a queen bed and the other 4 singles(2 bunks) serviced by a bathroom with bathtub and laundry. This living area has a chaise lounge suite, TV/DVD and a large quality DVD collection.
The property is in a quiet semi rural residential area. Only minutes to the beach, you may however be tempted to divert through the sceinic remant native forest of Ventnor Commons along the way. This beach is the only all day off leash dog beach on the island so you can take your furry family for a walk or spend all day on the sand. From there Ventnor main beach to the left and Red Rocks beach to the right are the best swimming beaches and Berrys Beach, one of the nicest surf beaches on the island, is a 5 minute drive. The special events bus stop is at the end of the street.

No bath towels to the beach so BYO beach towels.
Well behaved pets are welcome and accommodated for - but not on the furniture!

Summary: We enjoyed every bit of our stay. Our dog had a great time with daily walks at the dog-friendly beach. A quiet location was just what we were looking for but still within easy reach of Cowes. Michael was a dream in terms of communication. The information about the property and surrounding attractions was detailed and really useful. The house came eqipped with everything we needed. We loved the two wings...especially with teens holidaying. We will definitely come back in the future.

Summary: We had a wonderful summer holiday at Seascape! The facilities were fantastic and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. We really enjoyed the two living areas and the coffee machine was a great bonus! We highly recommend this property.

Summary: We recently stayed for Labour Day Long weekend and Michael the owner was extremely helpful & accommodating. Everything was included, all the linen including bath towels! Coffee machine was a massive bonus, and the layout of room with upstairs and downstairs was great. Balcony & BBQ area out the front was lovely. And having a secured large backyard for our kids & dog was also very convenient. Would definately stay again and would recommend!

Summary: We had a fantastic weekend at Seascape, the house is fantastic, great spot and it has so much character. Jess our dog quickly worked out the balcony was hers to watch the world go by. The dog beach was close by and Jess loved playing down there. Although it was bitterly cold the house was toasty warm with the coonara going and the heaters in the bedroom make it really comfortable. We love the mismatch of the house, we hope to come back for a longer stay in summer.

Summary: We all had a fabulous stay at this well equipped and reasonably priced property, kids and dogs included! Michael was helpful and in regular contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Coffee machine was a definite winner and linen and towels supplied. 2 levels perfect for 2 families and easy walking distance to beach - loved it.
