Our villa is detached and located on 600 square meter property which gives you privacy and safety .

We have invested again this year to make your stay even more enjoyable.
We rent a villa / cottage for 10 persons only 20m. from sandy beaches in Duce.
Sandy beach and shallow sloping water is ideal for families with children.
The house offers with its garden and pool an oasis of peace and relaxation for family or a group of friends who want to spend nice days together.
Duce is a series of small settlements in Poljica, the area between the Adriatic Sea and the Mountains of Mosor. Beautiful sandy beaches stretching six kilometers from Dugi Rat to Omis make Duce a perfect tourist destination for families with small children.
Our house is on the sea side of Duce on a plot of 600m2 .. The house is 300m2 large.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining room and living room, whirlpool, sauna, .Fitness..Waschmaschine; Billiard pool
On the 1st floor we have 3 rooms with bath, balcony with sea view.
On the second floor are also 2 rooms with bathroom and sea view .
You can go directly from the living room or out of the kitchen to the garden or to the pool. Heated Pool before / after season.
We also have a stone barbecue outdoor.
Parking space for five cars.
On one side from the living room to the pool or from the living room to the sauna- or in a minute to the sea.

Summary: The villa is amazing. Accommodated the whole family of four generations. There are 5 double bedrooms, 4 with en-suite shower facilities and one on the upper floor with separate bathroom. Beautifully furnished and decorated throughout. Very spacious with the added bonus of a sauna, gym equipment and pool table. Outside area is so pretty with table and chairs for eating al fresco along with sun beds and comfy seating as well as the pool. Beach is just one minute walk away. Nives is the perfect host. Welcomed us on arrival and very attentive throughout our stay with prompt answers to any queries. We will definitely choose to stay here again with no hesitation. Summary: We are two couples who stayed 10 days in this lovely spacious home right on the Dalmatian coast and minutes from the charming town of Omis. We were so pleased with the location, perfect for day trips to Krka, Dubrovnik, Split, Trogir; but away from crowds and traffic. The feel of the villa is casual but with the perfect touch of luxury. The pictures are accurate, but in person it it so much more! Flowers blooming in the garden, lovely pool side appointments, a beautiful patio area for dining and lounging. A stroll out the back gate takes you to a small pier area with boat rental to cruise the islands (which our host arranged for us) and a long stretch of sandy beach with benches for enjoying the view of the sea. A short walk down the shore takes you to a perfect beach bar with lounges, hammocks, tables, swimming and food or drink delivered right to your spot on the sand. Nives the host is charming and very attentive to any questions or needs we had. All in all a perfect holiday accommodation!

Summary: We stayed at the villa for 1 week. It was fantastic. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and right on the beach. It had everything we needed and more. We had a lovely holiday. The owners are so friendly. it is in a perfect spot for visiting Split, Makarska, the waterfalls and the skywalk. We stayed April and it was very quiet. We would highly recommend this villa. The beach is crystal clear and you can walk along the prom.

Summary: The villa was absolutely spotless when we arrived. Nives was waiting for us and the check in process was very easy and smooth! The facilities are outstanding and it is the perfect location between omis (5 minutes) and split (25 minutes by car). Very easy access to the beach, just through the back gate! We will be returning in the future 😊
