The house is divided on three levels: the ground floor is the open kitchen with living and dining area, and a laundry room with washing machine. In the two upper floors housed in three double rooms, all of which always have a subsequent, private shower room with toilet.
The well-kept interior is modern and offers comfortable facilities.
Next to the dining area is the open kitchen, which allows an extensive self-sufficiency in a four-zone induction hob, a dishwasher and a fridge and freezer.
From the kitchen you directly reach the garden with charcoal grill fireplace and a shaded terrace that is perfect for outdoor dining. From the living and dining room leads directly to the pool.
Our Villa are located in Duce, a town located between Omis and Dugi Rat, on the Riviera Omis.
Duce is a small quiet town, nestled between the Adriatic sea and the mountain Mosor. The royal mountain range covered with vast pine forests that extend to the beach, perfect destination Duce in a special way. The clean air, the mild climate and the enchanting views of the sea and the islands are things that will impress every visitor at first sight.
The beautiful sandy beaches are a natural phenomenon and are one of the most important tourist destinations in the central Dalmatian coast. The whole beach is continuously flat and therefore ideal for families with small children.
The town of Omis, just 1.5 km from Duce, offers a variety of entertainment, leisure and sporting activities. The history of this small town is long and very interesting. Omis offers because of its unique location, surrounded by steep cliffs, the Cetina river and the sea, an amazing landscape. Thus, the eco-tourism in rural households, sports such as rafting on the rapids of the Cetina, climbing on the cliffs, surfing, marathon swimming and beach volleyball are an attractive part of the tourist attractions and activities.

Summary: The villa was perfect for our family getaway - there were 6 adults and 4 children between 4 and 8. The villa had everything we needed and the host Ivan was very communicative and really helpful, offering to take us to the bigger supermarket if we needed it (which we didn’t as there was enough around for us to get by on - shops and cafes.) Omiš was quick and easy to get to on the bus and split was just over half an hour on the bus so really easy too! I would definitely recommend!

Summary: We were an extended family of 10 people that stayed in the house. Everything was great, from help with transportation from the airport, helping us as we arrived early, helping us with what to do and where to eat locally, to being available for questions. The house was much closer to the beach than we had understood, just across the road, 50 m as announced. We recommend this house for any larger group of people that want to stay and cook together.

Summary: Villa set on three floors, each bedroom has its own shower room/toilet. Plus one downstairs. Pool area was lovely, with shade in a seated outdoor area if needed. Washing machine and iron also available. Some rooms have a hairdryer, all have balconies. The rooms themselves are very good sizes, some with middle dressing rooms separating two sleep areas. A couple of points which we would have liked, a mirror within the bedrooms (there is one in the bathrooms) for the makeup wearers, and maybe a toaster, but the grill in the oven was adequate. Lovely villa, would recommend. And the owners are very friendly and meet you on arrival.

Summary: We stayed in Villa Antonija as a group of 5 adults and 3 teens. The villa was very spacious, exactly like the photos and absolutely spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and the linen and towels premium quality. We were met on arrival and Ivan took us to the supermarket in Omis so we could stock up on groceries as we didn’t have a car. There is a local shop which will meet all your needs but has smaller quantities. The location near the beach and bus stop was perfect. The buses go very regularly into Omis-Split. Omis will cost you 2 euro though you can walk. The beach bars opposite were good value and very good quality food so we never ventured far in the evenings. Omis has rafting, canyoning and ziplining and is a charming place to visit with great food options. Overall we loved this villa and would return.

Summary: Everything about our holiday was fantastic. We were a party of 11 family and friends and all of us found Croatia to be the most friendly & beautiful place. Ivan and Marina, our villa hosts were the most helpful and kind people in so many ways. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We experienced a few problems of our own making but Ivan came to the rescue every time and we really appreciate it. Everything was so convenient, the small convenience store, the bus stop, the beach & loads of lovely restaurants (we can highly recommend Foram literally next door & across on the beach) Thank you Ivan & Marina for helping to make our holiday extremely memorable for all the right reasons

Summary: The property is so well located, clean, the pool is so nice to have although the beach is 2 minutes walk as well the restaurants. The owners are the best we had as host. Can’t say enough about them really. Thank you so much.

Summary: This house was perfect for our group of three families travelling together. Close to the beach, restaurants and a smaller supermarket. Walkingdistance to the Omis center or if you want to go to Split or Trogir, the bus stops right outside the house. The hosts are serviceminded to their fingertips and made our stay just perfect👍

Summary: We cannot thank Ivan enough for all his help and attention before and during our stay. He and Marina met us on arrival even though we were late landing and showed us how to use everything etc. it was absolutely spotless and really well-equipped. Ivan gave us his number and came a number of times to take us to a bigger supermarket in his own car and he also organised a minibus to take us to Split and back for the day. The house itself is perfect for a big family or group as all the bedrooms are large and en-suite. We got a change of towels and sheets halfway through and Ivan came regularly to clean the pool and check the chlorine etc (always with notice). The pool is lovely and much needed as it was REALLY hot the whole time - there isn’t a shallow end so better for adults/teens/swimmers but might not be as good if you had little toddlers who wanted to stand up and paddle. We thought the kitchen facilities and how there was more than enough of everything was excellent - superior to other places stayed in. We enjoyed days round the pool and then all being able to sit round the table eating and playing cards and games in the evening. Location: ideal. Literally opposite the beach with easy access and several bars - Tamarind was good - and a small Konzum supermarket 2 min walk. Lots of water sports on offer -!: the sea is shallow and safe. You can get a small bus from the road into Omis (or back to Split) every 30 mins for about £1.65! However you can comfortably walk to Omis which you definitely should as it’s a beautiful town with winding streets, places to eat and boat trips to catch. We went to Brac island for the day which was lovely. We found all the restauranteurs very friendly and helpful and keen to make sure you enjoy your meal. We hope to come back again and want to say a big thank you again to Ivan for his care.

Summary: Stayed as a group of 6 friends and the House did not disappoint we had the benefit of a bedroom each which was fantastic and the house had everything you needed. The pool and outdoor eating area is fantastic and we used the bbq which was great. I’d highly recommend and a friend is ready to book for 2023 with her family. The Owners were lovely and so helpful they arranged our transfer and also took us to the supermarket which was above and beyond.
