Positive: The apartment was spacious. From the top floor master bedroom and the sitting room there was a nice view outside over the rooftops. It was close enought to walk from many activities in Stonetown. There were security cameras outside which made it feel safe coming back late at night.

Negative: The steps inside were very steep and low head clearance near the bottom. It would be nice if the sitting room also had AC (like the bedrooms did). It was just too hot to sit in the sitting room.

Positive: Location, space and all amenities. A wonderful man Romain who is very helpful, friendly and always available for communication. The apartment is 10/10 in a safe district, close to all attractions in Stone Town, great restaurants and shops around, Daradjani bus station and ferry terminal to Der as Salaam. Everything worked in the apartment and it was very luxurious.

Negative: Steep stairs make it difficult to move freely in the apartment, but they make this place unique, so I accept them.

Positive: We liked that is was close to the city center so we could easily visit it and also that was really clean and well kept. The host was really nice and greeted us even if we arrived late in the evening. Also he helped us to get a taxi to and from the airport. Every room was ok, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioner and the fan working well. I think it s a really good option for Stone Town, a good quality price ratio.

Negative: I did not like that the area surrounding was a little shady but in the end we managed to walk even after dark and all was well. It was a little noisy in the morning starting from 5 am. Also the Wifi works only on the tv. We tried everything to make it work but we stayed only for 2 nights so that fact did not mattee as much.
