Positive: This was my second time staying at Sea View Court, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The apartment is spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed. I especially love the balcony with the beautiful sea view, such a relaxing spot after a day out. The location is super convenient, just a short walk from Shin-Kobe Station, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The owner is always friendly, responsive, and makes sure every detail is taken care of. Highly recommended for both short and extended stays. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Positive: Thank you very much! I actually got more than I had hoped for…the beautiful panoramic view from distant Osaka all the way to downtown Kobe was mesmerizing + a very comfortable accommodation here. Would recommend to anyone!

Negative: No luxuries, but that’s not what I came for. Could use window screens and windows that aren’t so drafty.

Positive: The property is not fancy and in an aging building, but the apartment had everything we needed in excellent working order and is managed extremely well. We were very comfortable, had space, and loved the view and nearby area (especially Kitano).

Negative: It's an aging property, but the owners do all they can to keep it well maintained and very clean. Excellent management.

Summary: Very comfortable and good place to stay, especially if you need both a kitchen and bathtub - the view is tremendous.

The owner, Mr. Atoo, and his wife went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable during our stay. They were so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we could ask for. The view was also amazing, and it made our short stay even more special. We really appreciated all the extra effort they put into making our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend Sea View Court to anyone looking for a place in Kobe!

Positive: Kids toy room, two separate bedrooms with three beds per bedroom, great view of Kobe. The kitchen was well stocked. Check in was easy via booking messager. I sent a message when we arrived and the manager came downstairs quickly. There is a bus stop right outside the inn that takes you downtown.

Negative: At night it was windy and the wind made the windows rattle loudly.
