Recently updated second story, end unit "Tennis Villa" (NOTE: the end units are the only ones with a FULL SIZED dining room surrounded by windows!) The condo has mostly tiled floors, granite countertops, updated bathrooms and 2 new flat screen TVs. The living room, master bedroom and screened porch have soaring cathedral ceilings. The porch also has a full length sofa (great for entertaining or napping!), 2 swivel rockers and a large table for outdoor dining. This vacation home is everything you are looking for in the highly sought after Sea Oaks "River-to-Ocean" community! Just a few minutes walk to the ocean beach with a newly renovated Sea Oaks Beach Club & Gazebo, 16 Har-Tru Tennis courts, choice of two swimming pools (one dedicated to the Tennis Villas and one at the oceanfront club) Your stay will also include tennis + free access to the Fitness Center. Enjoy Oceanfront/Poolside Dining, Social Activities and more!
Our condo is very well equipped with kitchen supplies, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards & golf clubs. If needed we also have a third “bed” in the guest bedroom - a new twin sized (6" thick) memory foam floor mattress - we don't have it made up unless it is needed - perhaps for a third child or extra guest. It is extremely comfortable!
Due to its large size and location, this is one of the MOST desirable Tennis Villas in all of Sea Oaks!!!

Summary: My family and I have been vacationing in Sea Oaks for many years and have stayed at a few different homes. Betsy's cozy and very comfortable condo exceeded our expectations! There were 5 of us, including 3 teenagers and we did not feel cramped at all with the high cathedral ceilings and a bonus screened in porch. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was also very family friendly with a long, granite island and other amenities. Thank you for a memorable stay at one of our favorites vacation spots! We would highly recommend staying here and enjoying ALL that Sea Oaks offer!

Summary: This is our second time staying in this unit, and we are still amazed at the cleanliness, extra supplies and experience. The screened in porch is one of our favorite spots for eating breakfast and having a drink in the evening. We love listening to the nature sounds while not having to worry about the bugs. The location of the unit is perfect as it is close to the trail to head over to the beach and also close to the tennis club area. After our morning walk through the beautiful jungle-like grounds, we stop at the tennis bar area to sit with a glass of water and a cup of coffee. So relaxing. The food at the beach/pool bar and restaurant is always top notch and reasonably priced. The view from the beach/pool bar is just stunning!! All of the employees are so helpful and friendly. We can't say enough about this unit, the quick response of the owners and the entire Sea Oaks experience. We can't wait to return!!

Summary: Just spent two fabulous weeks in this super condo. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Close to beach and tennis club. Seaoaks is so peaceful and everyone very friendly. The surroundings are just so beautiful. Lastly the hosts were quick to respond to any enquiries.

Summary: We had a great day at your condo. The owners were easily reached with any issue or questions. It was very well stocked with pretty much any and all supplies you may need. It was a beautiful and comfortable place to live for 9 nights! The beach and pools and surrounding property is beautiful but I absolutely love the screened in porch at night!

Summary: We had a fabulous vacation! Would stay here again in a heartbeat and are planning on returning again. The villa was even better than in the pictures. We used the screened in porch multiple times each day. So relaxing with nice breezes, and it felt like you were in a tree house. Bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were stocked with everything you need and more. The biggest surprise was the beautifully landscaped grounds. We enjoyed walking the resort and looking at the trees and plants. So gorgeous!! Loved both the Tennis Villa Pool and the pool by the ocean. The ocean is a vibrant blue and the beach is very walkable especially when the tide is out. We ate at the restaurant by the pool 3 times. Delicious food. All of the workers at Sea Oaks were so friendly and welcoming. Having a drink by the pool bar and looking out over the ocean was a treat. If you enjoy walking or running, the jungle trail was very nice. We received so many good food suggestions from the owners, as well as, the other people around the pool. Overall, a relaxing and memorable vacation!! Thanks so much for providing such a great place to stay.

Summary: This condo was amazing! We normally try to stay somewhere with an ocean view, but decided to try something different this year. Walking to the beach from this condo was an experience in itself! We saw frogs, lizards, crabs, armadillos and gorgeous vegetation, everywhere we looked! The walk was easy and enjoyable. The condo had everything you could need or want. We loved the glassed in porch, and the short walk to the dock in the evening. Betsy, the owner, was helpful and responsive to every question we had. We were able to find chairs on the beach every day, watch turtles swim by in the ocean, and even got to watch a shuttle launch from the beach. You will not be disappointed by Sea Oaks!
