Summary: This was a very cute and cozy property that was exactly as described in the listing. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is a quick drive to groceries, a pharmacy, and the beach. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again, if I come back to the area. The property owner communicated all pertinent info before check in time. The property was clean and had all of the essentials.

Summary: Absolutely loved this house. I stayed for one week. I loved the back screened room. My cat hung out there all day and didn’t want to come in! The property is woodsy with bushes and shrubs and trees creating a more private atmosphere which is what I prefer. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. It’s a short walk to the beach. There are two bicycles in the garage and we took a ride on the jungle trail, which is also very close. There are other parks in the area as well. I do not like to go out to eat that often so I did a lot of cooking and baking. The oven and the microwave work fine. Martin is a great host. He was good at responding back to me with all of my questions. I would stay here again.

Summary: Everything was great, nothing I could complain about. Cute place in a great location at a reasonable price. Comfortable and well-furnished. Martin was great about communicating with us and making sure everything was going OK. Would definitely book again if we're ever in the area.

Summary: Great location Quite neighborhood short drive to beach. Really enjoyed bicycles in garage and the nearby trails. House could use some sprucing up, but that didn’t cause any problems with our stay.

Summary: Enjoyed my stay at the cottage. We’re able to walk to the beach and jungle path. Pictures are accurate and Martin as usual is easy to access if there are any questions or issues.

Summary: Wonderful place to stay. Fantastic location, neighborhood is quiet. Martin was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. We took advantage of the bicycles in the garage, and took a ride down the Jungle Trail. We had no issues and would absolutely stay here again. Too bad it's already booked for the time we'll be in town again next year!
