Come enjoy the extraordinary living of Sea Oaks, located on the barrier island just a few minutes walk to the ocean and the Indian River. This gated community offers private beach access, 16 Har-Tru tennis courts, fitness center, newly remodeled clubhouse with beach bar and restaurant, marina, and multiple pools throughout the community. Your temporary membership allows you full access to all Sea Oaks Facilities and member benefits during your stay.
Sea Oaks has top of the line facilities for your enjoyment during your stay. If tennis is for you, Sea Oaks offers pro's and open groups for all levels of play on their 16 Har-Tru tennis courts. Sea Oaks hosts weekly exhibitions matches from former tour pros and club recreational events. The clubhouse has an indoor restaurant situated on the beach as well as an outdoor bar gazebo where you can sip on an evening cocktail and listen to the ocean waves. The clubhouse offers fine dining by top chefs, casual eating, and evening happy hours. The private beach access gives Sea Oaks members easy access to the beautiful Treasure Coast beaches. The beaches are also the breeding area for loggerhead turtles whose nests are commonly seen during nesting season. The marina on the Indian River is a tranquil place to enjoy boating, fishing from the pier, watching sunsets, spotting manatees, and relaxing in the river breezes. Your membership will also give you quick access to the historic jungle trail where you can walk/jog/bike for miles along the inter coastal island.
The cottage offers 2 bedroom and 2 full bath, a recently updated kitchen with granite counter tops and new appliances. The cottage was newly furnished in April of 2017 and offers high end furnishings and decor. The master bedroom includes a patio where you can relax in the morning sipping your cup of coffee. The living room has a pull out couch that will fit extra guests if needed. The cottage is nestled in lush vegetation which filters the sunlight making outside sitting/eating/drinking on the patio enjoyable all year long. The unit comes with plenty of parking, 1 covered space is also included. The unit is outfitted with beach gear and towels, so you can leave yours at home.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very nice. Chris, the owner, quickly responded to any questions or concerns. We like to cook in and had most of what we needed to do so. There is no grill on the property even though it is in the listing. We would recommend staying at this property and plan on staying again next year.

Summary: If you are looking for the perfect island get away this is it. This is our second vacation at Sea Oaks; we plan on making it a yearly trip. Chris has thought of everything needed for an extended stay, plus the extras like cooler, beach towels and beach chairs. It is a quick drive to restaurants and shopping; but we ended up enjoying the Sea Oaks property so much, some days we never got into the car. Being able to walk to the beach, pool & clubhouse; yet knowing we had reserved beach parking when we waned it made life simple. We particularly enjoyed evening strolls to the boat docks for sunset cocktails and fishing.

Summary: Our stay at 106 Palmetto Court was everything that we hoped it would be. The cottage furnishings were very nice and the close location to the Tennis Club and Beach Club were perfect. Sea Oaks is a fabulous get-away location with so much happening and their communications about their many events and classes is most helpful. Chris, our landlord, was most helpful with any questions or problems. His prompt responses were greatly appreciated. This was a very comfortable accommodation Ann and Mike Pettengill!

Summary: We had a wonderful month at Chris's Palmetto Court property. The location was very convenient to tennis and a quick walk to the beach. The two story unit was large for a two bedroom which worked well for us. The storage closet in the parking area was unexpected and made storing our outdoor toys a breeze. Chris was always very responsive and easy to work with. Why not five stars? The unit was right next to A1A. The noise from the road made the porches and outside areas less enticing than they would have been otherwise. The kitchen was understocked for cooking and serving. That said, we are returning to Sea Oaks next year for the season and would have been happy to take this unit if it had been available for the season.

Summary: It was everything the description said and more! Centrally located, updated unit with new furniture, modern kitchen and all the little things to feel like home. Sea Oaks is like a private oasis that you never want to leave. Private beach with lively bar & grill, tennis, hiking the Jungle Trail and excellent fishing all without getting in the car! We saw dolphins and manatee every day at the marina. Chris was great to work with and made everything super easy for us. I would recommend this property for anyone from families with children to couples looking for a romantic getaway.

Summary: Lovely condo in beautiful setting!!! We walked to pool everyday as my husband was recovering from hip surgery We dined often in the clubhouse. Yum!!! If you play tennis you will love this beautiful condo, just steps away from tennis courts and community center with outdoor restaurant ( free coffee in the am) , pro shop and a library Sea Oaks is simply the best and this beautiful cottage nestled in the Oaks showcases it’s beauty
