sea gulls nest will be available for weekly summer rental.A brand new kitchen with white linen shaker style cabinets and granite counters, stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher & microwave. The main living space offers sleeping accommodations for 2, 3 will be max (a queen size murphy bed and a queen size sofa bed) brand new 5 inch oak wood floors, central air and ceiling fan. The large deck is accessible through a wall of sliding doors and offers outside dining seating for 4 along with 2 pottery barn steamer style cushioned lounge chairs.. Everything you need is offered at sea gulls nest: coffee maker, toaster, blender, hair dryer, iron and linens. All you need is your bathing suit and flip-flops!

Summary: The sunsets that I watched every evening sitting on the deck were so beautiful. What a wonderful way to end each day there. The condo is walking distance to the train which was convenient. It’s less than 10 min. The walk into town is only 20 min along the bay with a view of the swans. Rent a bike in town to get around easily if you don’t have a car. The condo itself exceeded my expectations. The pool is great, and bring your racquet to play tennis Super easy check in & check out. Had a fabulous 8 day vacation there.

Summary: Wondeful, peaceful vacation in a perfect studio for my husband and I. We loved the sunsets, the deer that wandered between the condo and sound and the proximity to great restaurants and the lake. Would definitely book again.
