Summary: Locations are d writhing, and the marran has this, right on the beach, watching whales, dolphins and spinning sharks from the comfort of the pool and/or beach…… lovely sitting area for drinks and dinner watching the sun go down. This is a hotel to savour on a nice night, we stayed the 18/19 sept, 2025! One thing that was a shock, no TV in room and little hanging space for clothes, so if you can manage around that (as we did) The other odd point and the reason for my low score on Eco friendly, is the hotels use of plastic fork, knives and spoons, and plastic cups which in this day goes against the grain, so that aside if you want a modern hotel in a great location thus is a must……. And one, that we would go back too.

Summary: We loved everything about our stay here: the beds are comfortable, the fire pits with the smores are a nice touch, the beach is very nice, the view as well; and the food is amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly!

Summary: Having the the beach and a heated pool was terrific as was the room. It was definitley perfect for a quick get a way. Easy walking distances for places to eat. Chairs at the beach and lounges at the pool were comfortable and the staff was ery attentive. I have been going to Montauk for 30 or more years and this is a breath of fresh air compared to the other places that have yet to update. Will definitely be back.

Summary: Small rooms with no closet. The sinks are inside the sleeping quarters to the room (separate from the toilet and shower) but the sink is a spot sink so if you want to wash your face, your sink area is a total mess because the sink is like 8” in diameter. The good news is that the showers are very hot;) No elevator, stairs are super steep so if you have someone who is elderly or otherwise has trouble getting up and down steps this can be a challenge if you are on an upper floor. The restaurant was good but it’s definitely a self serve scenario with walk up ordering and paper plate service. Disappointing considering how much the average daily room rates are. Would expect more. Staff was kind. Housekeeping does the best they can with what they have to deal with getting around the property. Beds were comfortable but the bedding was wrinkled and looked a little too “shabby chic” for what we were paying. Almost like my 8 year old made the bed. Rooms are musty. No real heat (fell upon a bad weather spell), the AC unit was a wall mounted unit that pushed cold air onto the bed while you were sleeping, we were told we could either have the AC on or not on at all but not to turn the unit to heat as the unit would break. Weird. The whole management style is a little too beach casual for my style. Expect more for the amount of money we paid.

Summary: Small, but comfortable room. Excellent location right on the beach. There was a mix up with our dinner at the hotel one night and my husband’s dinner came out much later than mine. It wasn’t a big deal, but the hotel comped our meal, brought us a free dessert, and comped our post-dinner drinks at the bar. The nightly s’mores were a wonderful touch and encouraged guests to socialize with each other. Would absolutely stay here again!
