Positive: Rooms were clean. I expected coffee supplies in the room at least for the first/one night, that is a basic wherever you go. Also the dead bolt/secure lock did not work. For women traveling on your own, this made me feel insecure, no matter how safe the area.

Positive: Location, ocean view, cleanliness, staff, beach access across the street - almost everything perfect.

Negative: Only minus point is the REALLY high level of clairaudience. I’m usually not sensitive at all when it comes to noice but unfortunately the room was almost shaking when the vistors next door were walking in the room. We still enjoyed our stay a lot as the rest was Great but especially as my gf got sick and needed her sleep this was a bit of a downturn.

Positive: The proximity to town and a short walk to the beach located across the street .

Negative: The room was very small and the bed was tiny and the mattress was very uncomfortable. There was basically no closet to unpack in. The only dresser has pillows and blankets filled inside. And nowhere to put all that ! And there was no full length mirror to check your look. The only mirror is in the bathroom. For your face. lol. The balcony is very overcrowded. 5 chairs a large table and 2 lounge chairs and a small table made it hard to enjoy . I suggest putting a smaller cafe table and take away a few chairs.

Summary: Great clean property friendly staff , need more room so I will not be back .

Positive: Barbara at the front desk was super lovely, rooms were large and had a good view from the second floor. Didn't get to try to the pool as it was closed till Memorial Day. About a 15 minute walk to town, but the beach is right across the street. Bring your own condiments if you want to cook, but otherwise the kitchens are well equipped.

Negative: Walls are a little thin - neighbors were playing music till past midnight and we could hear every bit of it. Bees flew into our room too, so windows have to be closed.
