FYI - The steps at side of property leading to the beach are currently fenced off by Council due a step being fixed.

You are going to love waking up to the ocean each morning with your cup of coffee/tea/juice and finishing the day off watching the sun set slip behind the ocean horizon. Amazing views from every window that you will want to snap up. Wi-Fi available. Dishwasher, Basic condiments, /soap and body wash, linen/ towels supplied.

This property is at the back of main property and is completely private.
Featuring 2 bedrooms (1 x Double bed and 2 x Single beds), great for a small family, couples or workers for our area.

Portacot and sheets available on request (subject to availability).

There is no parking at this property nor on the drive way, guests will have to park on the street. Air-conditioning is at this property to help cool the house down in our hot Aussie summers or warm up in the winter.
Small kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to cook for your short stay.

This property has the most amazing views overlooking the ocean. Access to the rocks below for that morning stroll, walk along to get to beach. It is well situated, has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Property is behind the main house. Completely private. Access is through the grassed walkway and on your left.

Parking is on street at front of main property.

Summary: My stay was very peaceful and rejuvenating. With such picturesque scenery and the beautiful sound of the waves crashing on the rocks .I am nice and carm now mfeerelaxed

Summary: The property was very comfortable and clean. Neighbourhood was really quiet. The sound of the waves while having the windows open, was totally awesome. Only two small things...need better lighting in the grass area. Sensor light doesn't come on until you are right at the gate. We needed to use the torches on our mobiles to avoid tripping on anything. Also, the enclosed outdoor area was stifling hot, and we were unable to use it. Needs more ventilation and it would be great to feel the ocean breeze while sitting outside. Had to wait until the shade was over the open area, and then took a couple of chairs there. It was beautiful sitting there with the breeze, even late at night. We really liked the place, and will definitely come back one day.

Summary: Originally planning to head to a concert when of course the stage sinks, what other way then to sit on a beautiful deck and watch the ocean roll in. Didn't realise just how close the ocean was to the house which was an excellent experience. Place was clean and lovely. A little hard to get to but otherwise, perfect weekend with friends

Summary: We were finally able to getaway after lockdown and this was the perfect place to stay. Right on the water, watching the waves crash on the rock platform and going for a swim in the beautiful clean beach was exactly what we needed. Barrack point is a beautiful location with lovely ocean walks and great cafes (and friendly neighbours). The house was lovely, very clean and supplied with all you need - WiFi was excellent. I'd definitely recommend it.

Summary: This was a beautiful property to stay at, the view is amazing. The unit is well kept and well presented. The only problems with a long stay is there isn’t a dryer or cloths line, the property also doesn’t have a dishwasher and the street parking is on a corner. The host Debbie was brilliant, very responsive and helpful. Would recommend this property to a short stay.

Summary: This was a fantastic weekend getaway for the family, we had a wonderful time. The place was very clean and well presented. They have a queen bed in the main room and two king singles in the other bedroom. The view was amazing I loved falling asleep at night listening to the waves crash up against the rocks the place was very well equipped except we had to go and buy some wine glasses, so take your own. They had plastic cups and plates for kids which was great. I felt very at home and comfortable and it was a really nice quiet area. The rids loved going down onto the beach area and looking at all the rock pools. We would definitely love to stay again one day. Thank you for such a beautiful location and place. We really enjoyed ourselves.
