Positive: We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Marie and Troy are fantastic hosts — very kind, responsive, and welcoming. They made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself is exactly as described, and even better in person. It was fully equipped with all the essentials (and more!), making it a true home away from home. The space is cozy, clean, and perfectly set up for a relaxing vacation. The location is excellent. it is just a short walk to the beach, and we especially loved the beach in The Little Lake Park. it is perfect for our young child to play safely in the water. Overall, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, convenient, and family-friendly stay. We would love to return in the future!

Positive: The location was perfect for our needs. It was very comfortable and pleasant. Everything that could be provided was, including extra items for 6 plus guests.

Negative: The only thing I would suggest would be some form of heating/cooling in the downstairs kitchen area as this was quite cold on our stay which was at the end of June. Everything else was perfect.

Positive: The pictures do not do the property justice. The place is impeccable, has everything you need and there are extra things a person tends to forget to pack. We loved the biscuits provided as a welcome gift. Communication is great, check in and check out was easy. We were down for a funeral, so spirits were not in the best of places, but staying at surfmist barrack point made our trip so much easier. Location is great too.

Negative: I have no negative comments about the property.

Summary: Highly recommend. Money well spent.
