Positive: Claus was absolutely superb. He picked us up at the airport and took us to the apartment. He gave tips and information and saw us settled in. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean and well appointed. We really couldn't fault it. The location was good, only 10 mins from the airport.

Negative: There was nothing to dislike.

Positive: Good location for airport access within 15 minutes drive. The apartment is fully equipped. We parked on the street in front of the house and we felt very safe. Schultz is a very welcoming host.

Positive: As I told Mr Schultz to his face, when I become aware of anyone who is going to Costa Rica I will be trying to persuade them to go to Mr Schultz apartment. It's difficult to find anything to suggest that needs improvement. With air conditioning, the very best in kitchen appliances and new also, washer -dryer, water dispenser fridge, microwave, toaster, air fryer, four burner stove with oven, storage space for long term living, 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 5 persons. Electronic security lock entrance. Mr and Mrs Schultz have done everything conceivable to make this place fit for an enjoyable vacation and ought to have year round occupancy.

Negative: This is not in the purview of the Schultz's but Costa Rica needs to abandon the country wide unsanitary practice whereby soiled toilet tissue is not permitted to be flushed with waste but stored to be added to regular household trash for disposal in the trash which garbage collection trucks remove..

Positive: Every attention to detail was made. Anything you would need in your travels they already thought of and included at the room for you. Very light and bright airy windows. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen and laundry area. Very close to a Soda, 2 parks, and grocery store - within 1 block. Convenient to the SJO airport. Thank you Claus for giving us tips on the area and for hosting us!

Positive: Claus’s apartment is wonderful. Brand new, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, well-equipped (best towels ever!) in a lovely neighbourhood. Claus is a true gentleman too. Could not recommend more highly.

Positive: Very friendly landlords Nice appartment, well equiped and clean. Easy access to the airport.

Negative: One of the sleeping sofas was not so comfortable. New Years Eve was too loud until late in the evening with fire works in front of the appartment.
