Positive: The staff and Miss Stacy treated us so well. Everyone was exceptionally lovely. The architecture and the house are one of a kind; and extremely well taken care of. And we loved the fresh food.

Negative: This has nothing to do with the hotel itself but I just wanted to point it out as a general information: Msabweni beach is nice but it’s not great for swimming as depending on the tide you will have to cross a long reef until you reach a good depth. And there is not much around the resort itself if you want a change of scenery. For us, this was perfectly fine because we loved Sawa Sawa and didn’t want to leave but for others this may be valuable to know.

Positive: The location, right on the beachfront, is perfect. The food! Every dish I had was amazing. This was 4/5-star restaurant quality, amazing flavours, perfectly cooked, generous portions and very reasonably priced. The staff - very friendly and attentive but not intrusive

Negative: I wouldn’t change a thing.

Summary: Absolute paradise. In fact I’m not sure I should be leaving this review because I don’t want other people to know about

Positive: We loved how the location is so quiet and serene. The staff are so friendly and very attentive which made our stay enjoyable. They would spray your room at night to lessen the chance of mosquitoes and during the day they clean your room. We wanted to stay longer! And we will definitely try to come back!
