Positive: My stay was delightful. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly especially the lady at the reception who was welcoming and super helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service. I'm definitely coming back for a longer stay.

Positive: Beautiful property and insane pool area! We were a group of friends in Msambweni for a wedding and this was a perfect place to stay. Overlooking beach. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Positive: The staff was really amazing, polite patient and was very helpful. The Chef Kioko made really good food and diverse at that. Alice at the reception was absolutely helpful every second you needed her. Yvonne, Amina and Rose were our favourite waitresses, very respectful, and great at their job. The stay was very good and seamless. The rooms were nicely cleaned every day essentials were readily provided. The view from the rooms was absolutely gorgeous as well...Dennis the Taekwondo instructor was also very nice to us and also respectful. He made morning fitness time a thing to look forward to. Generally we had a great time and we would definitely have a stay again.

Positive: The resort is located in a nice setting, the pools are nice, the beach is quiet and the water is easily accessible (not too many rocks etc.). We were not bothered by vendors.

Negative: The only thing that can be improved is the food. The quality of the food is OK, but there is limited choice.

Summary: We loved the place. It is quite a trip from Mombasa (at least 2 hours by car).

Positive: The hotel is modern and new, rooms are big and very clean, beds are comfortable ,A/C and fan were ok. The balcony was nice also. The staff are pleasant but inexperienced.

Negative: The food portions were small, buffet options minimal, african style of cooking, coffee was terrible although from the machine,power cuts were frequent, shortage of clean towels, beach in front of hotel wasn't clean. It seems like a hotel needs a good manager because everything seems a little chaotic.

Positive: Breakfast was amazing, I loved how they kept us guessing each morning. And the staff were so homely. Loved the TV TOO

Negative: The beach wasn’t giving, we understand that is nature though. However, a big resort like this shouldn’t have internet issues, one router for the whole property surely??

Positive: The staff were so friendly/very professional. The cleanliness of the resort. Their potatoes wedges are so yummy. The Smart TVs in the rooms It's a beautiful resort.

Negative: The frequent power surges and also the menu is a bit pricey e.g soft drinks.

Negative: There was no electricity during most of of our stay , gen set had no fuel so we had to stay in the dark , no ac it was hectic
