Positive: Great location near to Niigata port to reach Sado island. Nearby Pier Banda has some outdoor seating that's dog friendly. Host Naomi is superb - great in communication and flexible and helpful. Parking downstairs makes it a breeze to move luggage.

Positive: Close to the station and lots of restaurants and walking distance to Niigata attractions for people who like to walk, it was also really clean and comfortable for a family of 3 and everything you could possibly need was provided. Positive: It is a cozy and well kept home for stay. Our family enjoyed the cleanliness, and comfort. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and convenience walking to the Niigata JR station: we feel safe staying here as well.

Negative: The warmer and heat airconditioning could be more stable. Perhaps I didn’t set it well.

Positive: This cosy property was very conveniently located and spotless. It was a delight to enter and find small local souvenir snacks and even grape-apple juice boxes for the kids! Host Naomi's thoughtfulness also extended to a well-stocked home with all the amenities anyone could need, down to even skincare.

Negative: The beds were too soft and the pillows too low. Also, some blackout curtains would be good, especially for the kitchen windows.
