Positive: They helped me with planning my tours, including airport transfer and the hot air balloon tour, and took care of all my other tour arrangements. I was very satisfied with the service. You can also watch the balloons beautifully from Myelin Terrace, and the hotel room is very luxurious. Transportation is very convenient. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again.

Positive: The hotel is beautiful inside. The room was beautiful and huge, and had a large jet tub. The breakfast was nice and copious, the staff was very nice. The hotel is quiet. From the top deck you have a nice view and can watch the hot air balloons in the morning.

Negative: It is located in Çavusin, which is 10 min drive from Gorëme. If you don't have a car it's inconvenient because you have to take the bus from/to Gorëme (1 per hour until 8:15pm). The village of Çavusin is pretty dead at night.

Positive: They are good the locution not near from the center of restaurants you need car to go in general it good clean i can stay

Negative: I book room with Jacuzzi but unfortunately the water wasn’t working and the owner told me me you can check out and go he didn’t try to give me any another room witch was available and he palm me because he come in morning to fix and i was sleeping

All facilities are perfect to us and we wish that we could stay longer. It is the best place to stay in our 12 day Turkey travel. Thank you.
