Positive: Breakfast was great. Freshly cooked Turkish Capadoccia breakfast daily. The host, Jan, and his team were extremely helpful, very friendly and warm. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Negative: The location is not walking distance to the main town but it is not too far actually. Just a quick cab ride. Not such a big deal unless you are looking for something in the town area.

Summary: We had a great time. The host, Jan, and his team were excellent hosts. Very attentive and welcoming.

Positive: The hotel manager was very friendly and welcoming. He bent over backwards to help us with taxi bookings and tour arrangements. The Turkish breakfast was amazing!! The room was more spacious than expected and the shower was great.

Positive: Hotel has a great location - it is based in Cavusin, so outside of Goreme, but very close to all attractions. Location was very peaceful and Pink Valley is just behind the corner. Hotel staff suggested many different trips and overall I was really happy with following their recommendations: I loved Zelve Museum, dinner in Avanos, horseriding. You can see balloons from the terrace or from the hill above the village (highly recommended). Breakfast was plentiful, room very clean.

Positive: Very unique room with arched ceilings & lime stone walls — reminiscent of a castle. The Turkish bath added an authentic local flare. As Americans that are unfamiliar with Turkish baths, this was a memorable experience. Bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely scrumptious — a homemade Turkish meal far beyond a typical continental breakfast. The best part of our stay were Tolga & Can — the day & night shift managers. They provided 10/10 customer service — arranging our tours with transportation, restaurant recommendations, language translation, & making sure we had everything we needed (even slippers & umbrellas).

Negative: Everything was exceptional! My only request would be to add a mini fridge, as it would have been nice to store food leftovers & refrigerated medications.

Summary: Fairy Tale Suites was a one-of-a-kind experience!
