Positive: The property location, the layout of bedrooms and baths were very accommodating. The kitchen was perfect. The fireplace was a cozy asset.... the balconies were wonderful...peek a book ocean view. Hummingbirds and access to back yard made experience even better. Laundry appliances very nice. Garage spacious and clean. We traveled with our small fur baby who made good use of doggy door. There were several stains from previous renters with dogs.... that was the only drawback...(living areas and entry... and lower floor bedrooms) Definitely recommend this property.... hopefully new flooring will be a consideration.... for near future. Thank you for a beautiful stay!!

Positive: Instructions for keypad code were very clear and worked without issue, garage was large enough (and long enough) for two vans, everything was clean, bright and open. Kitchen was well equipped and easy to maneuver in.

Negative: Wish the outside trash cans were a little larger (we generated an astonishing amount of trash).

Summary: Lovely accommodations near every place we wanted to be (and perfect weather too!)

Positive: Having the code to open the door is very convenient.

Negative: I have elderly aunt and so the living room and kitchen on the 2nd floor was a bit difficult for her to climb up the stairs. It will be helpful to have the information available at the time of booking would have been very helpful.
