Renovated home is less than 10 minute walk to beach and two blocks to the Monarch Butterfly Grove. From the front deck you have a modest view of the ocean and often clearly hear the waves crashing on the beach...so soothing.

Close to beach, plenty of parking. Front porch lovely for morning coffee with a glimpse of the ocean. Porch has table seating for 4 and a bench. Propane BBQ.

Summary: This was our first family vacay since my treatment for breast cancer. My kids 19 and 11 completely enjoyed themselves... they played games that the house provided, we watched movies, and took walks to the beach.... it was very relaxing! It was like a 10 min drive to pismo pier. I woule definitely stay here again!

Summary: Great location; we walked to the monarch butterfly grove and beach every day. Kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans, everything we needed. Very clean; comfortable beds and down comforter. Eric and Stacy were extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would love to come back. Thank you so much!
