Positive: Wonderful luxurious experience in an architectural marvel, perched on a hilltop, with extensive grounds. Top notch food and a good pace. Very good traditional yoga classes and spa. The cabana rooms are very nicely designed and comfortable, with gorgeous views.

Negative: The spa only has a steam room, sauna and hot pool (which wasn't very hot) and could have had more features such as a cold plunge. Most of the staff were lovely, but a few were a bit intrusive. It's not necessary to be asked so many questions, and we were disturbed a few times by the service coming to the door of the room asking to clean the room, do turndown service etc. And calling at us around the side of the balcony is a bit of a violation of privacy. The prices for the spa and activities, are too high, out of line with the room and board rate. We took a tuktuk instead of paying their crazy transfer charges. So they still have some learning to do!
