FABULOUS Custom/Private Santa Fe Home has it ALL. 4 Spacious bedrooms (2 are Master Suites with King size beds), 4 bathrooms (1 is located in the garage), and a 5th room/den that has been converted into a double bunkbed room with staircases not ladders and a trundle. The open spacious Great room has vaulted ceilings, cozy natural gas fireplace, entertainment center, pool table, and lots of extras. Huge Chef’s Kitchen with granite countertops, a center prep island, custom cabinetry and a pantry. The main Master Suite is private with a door opening to the backyard for entertainment and the Master bathroom features a tile walk in shower and a soak tub for relaxation. The other Master Suite is also very private and has its own bathroom. The other 2 rooms are toward the rear of the home and they share a full bath. The entertaining outdoor space features a side yard with a natural gas heated Spa, with a pool and a Palapa. The private rear yard features an entertaining Putting Green and a cozy Fire Pit for those cold winter days with some Lake Views. This home backs and sides to a wash so it is very PRIVATE. Perfect outside space for entertaining family and friends. Upscale Residential Estates Neighborhood Golf Course Community. Spacious garage with its own bathroom. Come enjoy this fabulous home!! Beds and sheets are very comfy, Brand new high end carpeting. Newly renovated landscaping and outdoor lighting. We are constantly upgrading furniture and decor throughout the year.

Summary: The perfect home for our weekend at the lake. You can tell the owner really takes pride in the property. From the cozy beds to the kitchen fully-stocked with all the equipment we needed to make a great meal, my family felt at home here. Communication with the owner was great, super responsive and available to answer all of our questions. We would love to visit again.

Summary: Laurie was phenomenal from day 1! The pictures don’t do this house justice! It is beautiful, clean and close to everything! We had a wonderful visit in this house and would absolutely rent here again! You won’t find a better house or host in Havasu!

Summary: Stayed there with family, including young grandchildren. The house was just as advertised. Extremely clean with everything we needed. We took advantage of the pool and spa. Laurie was extremely responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend this property.

Summary: We stayed at the property from July 9-12, 2022. The house is conveniently located near the Marina as well as restaurants and grocery stores. We have two families(each with 2 adults and 4 kids). The house was perfect for our families. We had plenty of space to relax after our long days on the lake. The house has plenty of parking on site and is filling stocked with kitchen supplies, linens, and more. We did not have any problems checking in or out and Laurie was available with any questions we had. Overall it was a great trip! Thanks for sharing your home with our family.

Summary: This property is beautiful! Laurie has been the best host I have worked with! She is so accommodating and helpful! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was the perfect size for us to get out of the heat. It was a short drive to anything we wanted to do. If we ever make a trip back to Havasu, this will be where we stay again!

Summary: This house was amazing! Big open floor plan. Very clean & nicely decorated. Plenty of room for a big family. Each room is completely furnished w/ adequate amount of blankets & pillows for a good night sleep. Kitchen is fully stocked with pans & dishes. Bathrooms stocked with towels and soap. I never had to look for anything. Every room was stocked with all essentials. Location was good. Near grocery stores & launch ramps. Laurie is a great host, easy to communicate with and very helpful.
