Positive: We were the first guests of the season, and were warmly welcomed . The hosts were lovely and friendly and we could see they were very proud of their apartments. We were short of nothing!! These apartments are equipped with everything you can wish for on a holiday and more!! A full sized fridge freezer, stocked with gifts of water, wine and orange juice.we were given cake, crusty olive breads, teas and coffee, honey and so much more. There's a full sized washing machine with washing liquid and softener, ample toilet rolls...I could go on. The apartment itself was lovely, plenty of comfy seating, a table and chairs to eat at, 2 TV's ( one in the bedroom) netflix , utube etc. The pool area had very comfortable sun loungers, ideal for a long snooze in the sun. The apartments are situated on the outskirts of the town, only a 2 minute walk and you are in the centre of things ... although slightly uphill on the way back. We would not hesitate to recommend these apartments and we hope to return.

Negative: The only negative comment I could make, and it's been picky. Is the bathroom floor gets very wet when showering although there is a mop and bucket at your disposal. As I said, I'm being picky.

Positive: Modern, great air con, wide range of appliances, having a washing machine was very helpful to freshen up things. Local honey and bread was waiting on our arrival.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The place was even nicer than in the photos — clean, cosy, and well-kept. Parking was available, and the host was very welcoming. The town was charming with its old streets, though a bit narrow at times. Highly recommend!

Positive: I don’t know quite where to begin in detailing just how fabulous the Sandika Apartments are. Simply stunning with superb facilities in the accommodation. Little special touches like fresh honey, butter and water for arrival. Coffee machine and pods, washing machine (with detergent), crisp bed linen and fluffy towels. Extremely comfortable bed and sofa, two televisions including Netflix etc. Marvellous shower and every single thing is spotlessly clean. We moved here from pretty poor accommodation booked via a travel agent and I’m not exaggerating when I say, finding Sandika saved our holiday. Hosts are super friendly and helpful and communication with them is excellent. Only one point to make, and it is not a criticism, more constructive feedback - Handrails on the stairs would be an excellent addition to what is already a top class establishment. Thank you Gentlemen for providing such a wonderful home away from home in beautiful Koutouloufari. We will most definitely return.

Positive: Absolutely amazing stay at Sandika. The apartment is in a great location 2 minutes walk from the heart of Koutouloufari. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a fully equipped kitchen and all the essentials you need for a very comfortable stay. Excellent communication throughout from the hosts who can’t do enough for you. Lovely pool area, which we had to ourselves most of the time. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back

The pool area was clean and relaxing. We had no faults with Sandika at all. We stayed 9 nights and wish it was longer. Look forward to returning soon . Nothing not to like

Positive: The apartment was exceptional really modern and clean. Little touches such as welcome bottles of wine ,water and beer in the fridge. Nice little pool ,never any problem getting a sunbed. Lovely seaviews and friendly hosts. Ideal location for exploring the villages.
