Positive: This house left me speechless. A Huge house 150sqmtr with super high ceilings, the most idyllic seaviews with outdoor space and indoor nooks and crannies to lounge in with total privacy and serenity right in the middle of beautiful kputpulpufari village. I’m still blown away. From the second we arrived myself husband and two adult children felt totally at home relaxed and enjoyed every aspect of the property, my boys were straight in the pool when we arrived at 10.30 at night loving and living every minute. We’re just waiting for dates to be released for next year and we’ll be booking straight away.

Negative: Nothing everything was perfect.

Positive: Tutto! George, the owner has been amazing with us, the house is superb, bang in the middle of the village, with a private Parking, fab sea view, very private and incredibly quiet. The house is super equipped, spic and span clean. 10 mins to Secret beach and Saradari with a scooter. We could not have had a better accommodation. George even brought us some gorgeous local cakes on departures, such a gentleman.

Negative: This is a challenging question to me the house was perfect i would go back immediately!

Summary: Incredible value for money this accommodation is huge you can get lost in it! Brilliant opportunity!

Positive: Simply amazing! A very confortable house, just in the centre of a beautiful typical greek village. George, the locator, was very kind and helpful with all our requests. The house was very clean, with everything you need. The balcony with a fantastic sea view and the free and reserved car parking, just out the house, was a plus!!

Positive: It’s massive! This was the second time we’ve stayed here , the first was two years ago and we enjoyed it that much we just had to come back. Location is fantastic, a minute from everywhere, koutouloufari is an unspoilt gem of a village, very peaceful during the day yet bustling in the evening, loads of restaurants, bars and cafes to keep you entertained. Just love it, will definitely be back 😊

Negative: The only thing missing is a pool, but there are plenty nearby you can use and we prefer the sea anyway.

Positive: We really love the village of Koutouloufari as we have visited before and were already familiar with the site. The property si nicely located between two tavernas (out of the the two we strongly advise to check Oniro, wonderful people and great food). Even if nested between the two restaurants the property is quiet. The parking spot just in front and with shade is a miracle in the village. Livingroom, open kitchen and one bathroom located on the ground floor, with a decent balcony to serve breakfast and enjoy the sunrise. Downstairs two bathrooms (one VERY LARGE shower) plus two bedrooms and a jacuzzi, opening to a small garden. Both rooms have the windows towards the internal corridor and benefit from shade all day. All rooms have AC. The kitchen has all facilities that we needed, including a dishwasher. Noteworthy - you also have a washing machine available in one of the bathrooms downstairs. Wonderful place and a wonderful host :)

Negative: Nothing to mention. Just that it does not have a pool :). Joking :) All was really nice!

Summary: A really wonderful place in a wonderful village!

Positive: A very spacious, comfortable apartment located in a special place among cousy caffee shops and restaurants. We were greeted by impeccable cleanliness. The internet and household equipment worked well. The bath worked the same way and was really enjoible for our kid.

Negative: Nothing, apart a small recommendation to supplement with more kitchen accessories.

Positive: The house was spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. The view was spectacular, the photos can not do it justice. It is like walking into a picture. The restaurants and amenities are within walking distance. You can't go wrong in any of the restaurants. Even with it being in the middle of town, the windows ensure that it is quiet in the house. The balcony is not overlooked. We sat there every morning having our coffee looking out to the sea. Bliss. It is a 25-minute walk down to Hersonisos, and it is easy enough to get a taxi back up. This was less than €10. You can get a bus from Hersonisos to Heraklion or toward Agios Nicholaos. A taxi to the beach in Stalis - a lovely sandy beach - was less than €15. The sunbeds vary from €5 for 2 beds and an umbrella to €15. Ask first for all prices, whether it is the sunbed or taxi as these varied.

Negative: Nothing the place is perfect and we would return.

Positive: This is a luxury home, not your usual holiday accommodation on Crete. All the mod cons you could wish for, well equipped kitchen with full fridge freezer, oven, induction hob, plenty pots and pans, dishes, utensils, condiments, microwave and washing machine. The fridge was also thoughtfully stocked with wine, beer and water. The location is so central in the village yet when you’re sat on balcony it is as if you’re a million miles away.

Negative: As the balcony is shaded all day the only thing for me personally that could have improved this beautiful property would be to cut the trees/bushes back in the garden (not away just back), allowing enough sunlight and space for a longer.

Summary: Perfectly peaceful in the heart of my favourite place.
