Summary: We had an amazing stay! Philip and his team were incredibly responsive, making everything smooth from start to finish. The pool was a big hit both during the day and at night thanks to the lights, and we had a blast playing pickleball. The house had plenty of space for both group activities and quiet time, which was perfect for our group. It was stocked with all the amenities we needed to live comfortably during our stay. We would absolutely recommend this rental and hope to return!!

Summary: This property is AMAZING. Our group had 7 adults and two infants under 2. The home was exactly what we were looking for. Room for everyone. Beautifully arranged. Plenty of rooms, bed, and space. The pool is HUGE with a wonderful rock waterfall jump and slide feature. The hot tub is large as well. Beds were wonderful. Kitchen had all of the necessities for cooking, etc. Two fridges with freezers, one in the kitchen and the other in the garage. Plenty of parking. Amazing new pickleball court that was so much fun to use. The property manager was the best we have ever dealt with. Extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We have "hopped" from property to property in Southern Utah for the last 15 or so years. We've found our go-to home going forward.

Summary: We loved our stay! The home was perfect for our family. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. There were large gathering areas. The grandkids loved the pool. The adults loved hiking at Kanarra Falls and renting ATVs. It is located close the the Sand Hollow Reservoir.

Summary: We stay at this house every year with our large party and it is absolutely amazing. Philip is always great to communicate with and accommodating. The house has everything you need for your stay, the pool and hot tub are incredible. We will definitely continue staying here on our annual trip to Sand Hollow.

Summary: The house was prefect. Plenty of space for all 18 of Us. Great location especially for those who play golf. Several really good courses within 15 minutes. The Gr. Kids loved the pool and hot tube. The property manager was great to keep in contact with me. We had no issues. Plenty of parking for all 5 cars we had. My Gr.Kids want to come back in the summer and stay there again. There is a new water park being built down the road.
