Positive: The property is close to St. Mark’s Square and Rialto Bridge. The host was responsive to WhatsApp messages. The place was clean, kitchen has everything you need. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean.

Negative: The furniture in the living room was outdated with torn corners on sofa. The bed mattress on the loft was not comfortable and may have bugs or mosquitoes, one of our family member has multiple bites after sleeping there for one night. I have reported to the host, maybe it needs bug spray or mosquitoes spray in that corner of the apartment. The lift is only good for one person, typical of some of the old buildings in Venice.

Summary: Ok place to stay in Venice, centrally located to tourists attractions.

Positive: Excellent place to stay, couldn't ask for more! From the location to the room to the facilities to the price, everything exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend! Host was extremely helpful too, had a few minor issues on the first day and once getting his contact details, said he would be over straight away and instantly sorted the problem out. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Negative: Only very minor issues, kitchen could use a microwave and maybe a toaster. Also missing the plug from the sink (unless I missed it). Also AC was making a noise but as said previously the host came over and instantly sorted it

Negative: Could use a coffee maker and toaster oven. Also lights in the living room and shade/umbrella on rooftop deck.

Positive: Fantastic location, very large property, amazing balcony and good facilities. The beds were very comfortable and the view over the canals was very nice.

Negative: Nothing, it was all great. Yes sure the lift is small but that's due to the structure of the city/old buildings not a fault of the property or anything else
