Positive: The breakfast was great, the staff were amazing, the room and surroundings were beautiful.

Negative: Unfortunately on my stay, repairs were being made to the swimming pool. Which is the case in most hotels during the rainy season in koh samui. The hotel was amazing in offering a voucher of Baht which I could use for items the hotel had on offer.

Positive: Great location with many shops and restaurants around. Good beach and pool area, great cocktails and breakfast different every day.

Negative: Poor lighting in the room, no bedside lamp, making it impossible to read. Aircon noisy. Definitely not a villa.

Positive: Great location - perfect if you are wanting somewhere that isn't as busy as Chaweng but still has something going on. It was easy to get a Grab/taxi from this location aswell. The restaurant menu was great and had a lot of options. We are at the hotel quite regularly. Loved that you could lay out on the beach Infront of the hotel.

Negative: The staff vibes were way off and not hospitable at all. Numerous people made comments about how unwelcoming and rude the staff were. I'm going to go out on a limb and suspect it has something to do with being the quieter season and accepting the fact that everyone's entitled to a bad day, but when it's the entire hotel staff... There was not a lot of effort made, if at all, to make guests feel welcome. There are just too many scenarios to list. The room was very dimly lit which made things at times a bit difficult. Our shower was not clean and had mould growing.

Positive: The bedroom was spacious, with a very large, extremely comfortable bed. Fresh water every day. Rain shower and a bath with lovely toiletries. They provide a clean beach towel every day, so there no need to take your own. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection. The pool was lovely overlooking the beach and sea. It could have done with a good clean, though. Overall, i would recommend it.

Negative: There is a shower you can use when you come off the beach, but it would be useful if there was one nearer the pool. Again, the pool needed a little attention.
